Trump hasn’t used his best defense in the Trump University case. His university may have been fake, but at least he didn’t admit “student-athletes” who raped and robbed the other students.
Small picture of the work ethic out there. Eighteen year old son has a job working construction. His boss asked our seventeen year old if he could hire him to supervise the older one as he was so unmotivated to work. Seventeen year old now works there but not to supervise, he had done that for the past four years and did not need to anymore. When work is slow, seventeen heads off to other jobs because he has an excellent reputation and several folk have told him to come anytime he has free time as they know he will work and work hard. Eighteen year old heads to his house to play video games. The construction guy hired a ninth grade drop out to help out a friend. The boy does nothing but hold a rake. Finally, in the afternoon of his first day, he set the rake down and walked off. He told his mom he had been fired. Nope, just walked off. Seventeen year old said he was amazed as he did not realize there were people out there who worked harder at doing nothing than his eighteen year old brother. There are people out there who will work and there are people out there who won’t. The employers figure it out. I don’t want to pay for people who can but won’t work. I am happy to help those who truly can’t though I would rather not do it through the government, a proven failed system.

Cheryl, When I deal with “disabled” persons, I am not just looking at them. I have detailed discussions with such persons and/or their parents about how they function and what they can and cannot do.
Our “disabled” fall into three groups:
1. A shrinking percentage of the truly disabled who can’t perform any job.
2. A growing percentage who are faking because they either don’t want to work at all or they don’t want to work at a job they can obtain.
3. A growing percentage whose parents did such a horrible job of raising them that they are truly unemployable even though they have no physical or mental disability. Members of this group typically live with and off their parents for as long as a parent is living.

The official, Paul Lewis, who oversees Guantanamo issues at the Defense Department, provided no details, and the Obama administration has since declined to elaborate publicly on his statement because the intelligence behind it is classified.”
