Pam’s family is coping. They were all in church except the daughter. Husband taught his Sunday school class, “because this is where I find my most comfort,” and youngest son sang up front with the small praise group.
I was crying in the back during one song and he looked pretty intense as he focused on the music and the words.
So sorry for your loss, Michelle. Prayers for all of you — Pam’s family and friends.
Thank you, Karen O, for reposting my late-night prayer request last week to the next day’s prayer thread, regarding my piano performance Saturday night. It went well, and I thank all of you who prayed.
Prayers for the family in your church, Roscuro, who brought their baby home to die. Reading that brought tears.
Kim, I’m praying for you, and am very sorry about what you’re going through.
My friend, Karen, seems very sick now. Her husband is back to work so he can’t take time off again to help her since he missed so much from his bout with pneumonia. She continues to express gratitude for my sharing of my faith with her and the difference it makes in her dealing with health issues. She is sharing Jesus with unsaved family members. Please pray for her recovery and for salvations. If she has to go to the hospital, I reassured her I will check in on her cats during the day which has been a major concern.
Enjoyed a very pleasant with eighteen year old daughter who has been headed into deep waters. She expressed remorse and said she had not been clearly thinking the past few months. That is a start. Continued prayer for her. Thanks.
I took Mr P to Pascagoula this morning to have the trial stimulator installed. They could not get through the scar tissue and the spinal compression to insert the wires. He will have to have another MRI, then a surgeon will need to be called in to drill “holes” for the wires to go through. As angry and hurt as I still am, I did feel sorry for him today. I don’t know how much more he is going to have to go through with all of this. I also worry about the amount and type of pain meds he takes.
We still need prayer around here. Remember BG and I leave for California on the first. I am so looking forward to our trip and I continue to pray that our week at JHRanch will help us with a multitude of things. At least this time around she doesn’t think I am choosing him over her. She saw a different side of her mother last week. I also found out that I still have the best ex mother in law a girl could have, and that my ex husband is still the big brother I never had. I also have to give credit to his wife. She stepped in and gave support. When I thanked her, she said it was what families do. So I told ex husband his new wife made me cry. 😉
Thank you. We need all the prayers we can get. I have cried almost every day, sometimes a few times a day since this happened. It is breaking my heart.

Do not cook eggs and veggies and attempt to post a comment.
That would be: pleasant visit. She came by and after we talked for a while out on the road, I allowed her on the property and we visited some more.
