Continuing to see the fourteen and eighteen year old’s grades creep up! Both are again eligible for football and back into it. Hopefully, confidence is growing and positive habits are being formed.
Husband called with his test results. Most of the fluid is gone from around his heart so he is to carry on with whatever. He is off to Lewiston to replace the windshield that got stoned on one of the Boise trips. Thanks for praying.
Son is going to a conference wkere he will present a paper. Please pray for traveling safety, good health, and excellent presentation. Thank you! And thanks for all prayers for Art. We will be learning more about cardiomyopathy.
Thank You for helping us to continue to see the light of Jesus when the darkness tries to seep into our lives from many sides. I have felt so down in the dumps today and yet I knew Jesus was my sure source of relief. I can not imagine ever doing life without Jesus. He carries us when we are too exhausted to carry ourselves and the heavy loads of life.
I pray for Jo to feel relief from her stresses. You know the source, external, internal, or a combo. Please help her to know what You want her to do if she needs to make a decision. She is wise, but You have stores of wisdom yet to be utilized by people. If that is her need, I ask You infuse her with extra wisdom so she can discern what if anything she needs to do. Please keep her safe. Keep the whole compound safe. I pray no evil will be able to break through the supernatural boundaries You set around their group. If their water supply is the issue, I pray You will soon release the perfect amounts so that supplies are replenished without flooding. Please help her to feel at home with all the staff and not like she is sidelined in anyway because of her age or marital status. May she feel herself to be a valuable part of the team. Above all, she is forever on Your team and I pray she recognizes the importance of her inclusion in the winningest team on earth for eternity.
Thank You for the successes being lived out at the Nest. It is hard getting to those successes for the young who knew little about the good in the world early on, but You have given them hope and dreams. You have given them doable goals. Thank You for that along with the diligence of Mumsee and Mike.
Thank You, Abba, for bringing our friend and Brother in Christ, Kevin, back here. You have helped him through his heart issues. That is encouraging to me to hear how You take care of Your children.
I pray You are with my son and all his traveling group guiding them and keeping them safe. May they all be good Christian witnesses along the way, during their gathering, and then as they return to campus. Please help Wesley to have an effective and meaningful presentation.
I pray for continued healing and recouperation for Cheryl J. as she goes through the rigorous training and movements of physical therapy. May the improvement be rapid and astounding. Thank You for helping the resolve of their whole family to get through this difficult season.
Thank You for the ways prayer lifts people during difficult times. Thank You for all who have prayed for Art and me while we keep on keeping on with the further discovery of what all ails his body. Help us see the light of what You want done as far as the business. I pray in Jesus’ name, Amen
