This is a praise and a prayer request.
The loan for the house is through underwriting. It is approved….except
There are some stipulations that have to be met. I have to produce the paper trail showing where the money came from for various things such as the Earnest Money which I took out of my money market (remember my secret account of money I inherited from my uncle) put it in my old checking account that receives the child support each month and that I use to buy what BG needs. Then I wrote a check from KimC to KimH and deposited in my joint account with Mr. P and THEN wrote the EM check. Now I have to download and send 3 months worth of statements from EACH of those accounts. Then there is other minor stuff like explaining why a certain address showed up on Mr. P’s credit report.
It is nick picky stuff that I send to the mortgage company and then they ask for two or three more times. I do this for a living and understand the system and it is irritating, so I can’t imagine what a first time homebuyer experiences.
Remember they can’t use my income because I am a 1099 employee and have only been since March.
Anyway the biggest part is that the loan is through underwriting and I just have to jump through a few more hoops.
Today is my oldest daughter’s 32nd birthday. Please pray for her as she has a lot on her plate. She works full time at her sons’ school, is taking a full load of classes online, and has started an internship at a women’s shelter 4 evenings a week. She also is the goto person for her MIL, has been there for her through rest cancer and numerous orthopaedic surgeries. She drinks too much and has left the church, and is raising her boys the same way. I would appreciate it if you would pray for her today.
Michelle, after my brother-in-law died, my sis had several EKGs for similar issues, and it was all connected to stress. She hasn’t seemed to have any such issues recently . . . but you can bet that her being the only parent of five children, and me and my husband the probable guardians, several of us were paying attention! But yes, stress can do that.
That was the final conclusion. He, and others in my family, really need to get out and exercise more, but God will have to deal with them. I cannot say anything more.
I, on the other hand, had a splendid couple hours with adorable granddaughter #3 and made it back for three hours of planned work. God is good. Let’s just pray my family members take the right lesson away from this.

Oldest son is in ER; chest pains and tingling fingers. Stargazer went with daughter in law, A to sit with him and drive second car home.
EKG is clear, they’re saying stress, but please pray for clarity.
I have adorable grandchildren detail, no worries.
