I ask for Your favor to shine on AJ all day long. Please help him feel secure in You as he goes through a vulnerable situation. I ask that any authorities he has to deal with will be good natured and of the helpful variety if that is possible. I ask that You infuse his heart with courage to go through the necessary processing to get what he needs and deserves. May everything be in order as far as required paperwork so there are no delays or hangups in moving forward. You have made our nation to provide for people with disabilities. May AJ be blessed with a meeting of his needs. Thank You for opening Your hand of blessing to him today and forward to the granting of his request. Praise God that son had a good interview for the fall position. I am not sure when he will hear the final result. This is for grad school students teaching freshman comp.
Asking for God’s healing touch on my husband. He has seen blood in his urine a couple times in the past week, so will call the doctor today. It could be a result of the prostate cancer, from what I’ve read, but there are other possible causes, too.
Hoping he won’t need another expensive test to determine the cause.
Praying for complete healing of the prostate cancer.

I need prayers again. I am struggling to control my thought life. I internalize a lot of things, some of which I know is not truth. It affects my daily functioning, spending so much time living in my head and doing battle there.
Prayers for relief are much appreciated. I think it’s spiritual warfare. I hate that it happens, but my mind keeps going to those dark places anyway.
The afflictions in this world are so varied and seem directed at our weakest points to most overwhelm. The only good about that for believers is that it makes us draw even closer to You as we hunker down under Your wings of protection. I lift up Lee for You to encourage him as he probably feels too much of a burden right now. Jesus, please help him get the burden over to Your shoulders. You know the condition of his body and what it needs for good health. Please stabilize and repair whatever the matter is that is causing his symptoms. I pray it is not the cancer unless it is leaving and in the process is causing bleeding as it sheds away. Lord, You have healing powers to make that happen if You will it to be done!
I also lift up 6 Arrows in these days of need. Please give her clear thinking. Do not let her fall prey to the scheming demonic forces in our land. Please cradle her in a cocoon of protection so no evil thoughts or acts can have any place near her or her family. You see fully the spirit world and what tries to rise up and cause anxiety and confusion. Please may she know Your peace that passes understanding.
I lift up Mike again for Your blessing of relief from pain and an accurate diagnosis. May he get swift relief. Please help Mumsee as she manages again on her own such a major responsibility.
Please bless Joanne today, cover her needs physically, financially, and spiritually. Help the Gospel message to take wings in the Gambia and settle upon every household in the land. Please save those people for eternity with Jesus.

My SIL was turned down for a counselor position in the district for which he had the interview. It was a big disappointment. Please pray for a good job for him.
I’m back from the hearing, if you can call it that. Due to a delay in getting the medical records to the judge, my hearing had to be postponed. The attorney who handled the civil suit was late in getting the records they had to my attorney. They finally received them yesterday and sent them to the judge. It was an additional 600 pages, so the judge didn’t have time to read it all before the hearing. The judge thought it was in my best interest to have all things considered and said he would reschedule as soon as possible, but it could be months. It’s very discouraging because I’ve waited 2 years for this hearing and now I’m no closer to a resolution. I’d hoped that for better or worse this would have been decided today. And my wife wasted a day off for nothing. I’m not a happy camper. 😦
Went out to dinner last night with my friend and then got violently ill. No fun. It was an allergic reaction to something and still a few signs today. I will go back to the restaurant tomorrow and see if I can get a list of ingredients to find what may have caused it. Prayers for wisdom as I deal with this appreciated.

Husband has abdominal u/s tomorrow and ct scan on May 9. Hopefully these tests will tell us something about what is going on.
