We are having lots & lots of snow today. Due to that, & due to Lee’s pick-up truck (which he had driven to work) not starting, he is staying overnight at a motel near the bread “depot”. 😦
He was already having trouble with the pick-up, but took it because it is better in snow. He could call AAA, but it would probably take a long time to get to him on a day like this, & he doubts that a “jump” would solve the problem. Then there’s the matter of the snowfall picking up again, making driving conditions pretty bad.
He sounded so very low on the phone, knowing that staying over is the safest thing to do, but wanting to come home to his family.
