Matthew 4:17-22
17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
18 And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.
19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.
20 And they straightway left their nets, and followed him.
21 And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he called them.
22 And they immediately left the ship and their father, and followed him.
Mr. Leedahl was a new aviator who got into an accident on his motorcycle. Both doctors in the compound got on the 4-hour flight with him to Cairns to try to keep him alive. He lost most of his blood, but survived. They had to amputate his one leg and his other leg is broken up badly. Jo’s been posting the links to the family website on FB and I’ve been following and praying.
I said to my husband the other day, my heart is so enlarged toward the mission field now that I can put people’s faces into it: Jo and Roscuro, Joanne and Hillary; another who served on Mercy Ships.
God is good for bringing us, the praying people of God, into their lives and I’m grateful.
Thank you, Michelle. I’m not on FB, so I don’t know a lot about what is going on. I do remember initially hearing about the pilot’s motorcycle accident, though not all the details you shared above. Thanks. I’ll continue praying.

The Leedahls were reunited with their sons yesterday.

I don’t recall the name Leedahl. Is that the family with the quintuplets, or is it someone else? And how are the quints doing these days?
