More prayers for my friend Jenn, please. The pelvic mass that was removed seems to be coming back, & another mass seems to be growing in her abdomen. Her bladder doesn’t work, so she needs to remain catheterized, & I think part of her intestine doesn’t work (not sure if she has a “bag” for that, but I suspect she does). Have I mentioned she’s been disabled since all this started, & a couple years ago they had to sell their home & move in with her parents? (Jenn & her husband Rich are in their early 40s, their kids are now grown.)
Jenn cannot sit due to a problem with her tailbone, but she can also barely walk due to everything, so must spend most of her time reclining in her recliner, or lying down. Normally upbeat & grateful for life & family, she is getting very discouraged.
And now this – Her dog Jack, her faithful companion over the last few years, has some sort of tumor on his neck. She is so scared that it may be cancer & they’ll have to put him to sleep. This feels like just too much to Jenn. I don’t blame her.
God have mercy on Jenn, please, & spare her dog. And please heal Jenn, Lord, please ease her daily pain & discomfort.
(FYI, Jenn is a Christian, but I’m not sure about Rich & the kids.)
