1 Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.

Wandering Views 
The Daily Thread is more fun today so this is a prayer and a question. I have noticed a “disconnect” between the agents and me. They bypass me and go to the other woman in the office for whatever they need. She made a comment that she was considering getting her license and several of the agents said “Oh no, what would we do without you?” She is constantly getting positive reinforcemnt. I am adult enough not to hold this against her. She is good at what she does. She also had the ability to flat out tell the agents to “go to H&((” and they say “OK” and go about their business.
Me? They resent me getting a portion of their commission if I am involved in a sale. I get pushback from them and if I even suggest that they may want to consider heading in a southward direction with their eventual destination being a very warm climate, they claim I am harsh and intimidating.
I don’t understand it. I bend over backward to try to help them. Offer to show property for them if they get in a bind. I ask them what I can do to make things easier on them. I get blank stares and crickets.
I know I am not imagining this because I said something to the Team Leader the other day and he agreed telling me he had noticed it. Sunday night I roomed with one of the agents and asked her about it. She is unfiltered, but kind. She said, “Yeah, I know. Why is that? You are also a little intimidating.”
You guys know that I refuse to argue with people around here. I simply take the path of least resistance and let people be themselves, yet this is what I get.
Comments? Suggestions? Prayers? In addition to BG this is what has been keeping me up at night. I was awake from 1-5 or so this morning before the alarm went off at 6. We have just hired a Virtual Assistant in the Phillipines so I am less necessary than before. I really am not sure what my role at work or in life is right now.

Kim, lots of times, it isn’t what you say, it’s the way that you say it. I think Chuck didn’t like for me to tell him how to do things because it sounded like I was fussin’ at him.

Kim – My admittedly-biased opinion is that this may not be where God wants you right now. I remember you mentioning recently that even after working very long hours & even some weekends, you hadn’t made as much in commissions as you thought you should have.
I was thinking that maybe you needed to take a part-time job for a while, in order to spend more time with BG, but then she moved to her dad’s house.
Please know that I am offering my thoughts in a non-judgmental attitude, but with love & concern. My heart goes out to you, & my prayer goes up for you.
