Psalm 135:1-5
1 Praise ye the Lord. Praise ye the name of the Lord; praise him, O ye servants of the Lord.
2 Ye that stand in the house of the Lord, in the courts of the house of our God.
3 Praise the Lord; for the Lord is good: sing praises unto his name; for it is pleasant.
4 For the Lord hath chosen Jacob unto himself, and Israel for his peculiar treasure.
5 For I know that the Lord is great, and that our Lord is above all gods.

Kim: Do you know the therapist or is someone new?

Seeking prayer for my aunt and uncle. He was in the ER a couple of weeks ago for what they thought was a kidney stone. CT showed cancerous lesions on his liver and spine. Further tests show that one lung is completely filled with cancer. The only places that he does not presently have lesions are his brain, and one lung. Last night he was taken to the hospital and has pneumonia in the cancer free lung. He was transferred to ICU in Lubbock. I am praying that he would not have to suffer, but would have perfect peace. Please pray for my aunt that she would be comforted, and have the strength and endurance for all that is ahead of her. Thank you.
Have been fervently praying for the needs in Kim, Mumsee, and Karen O’s homes.

My friend in the shelter has been asked by the FBI to move to another shelter as they fear the guy, who has murdered, will find her. Prayer for wisdom on how to get her moved. Thanks.

Yes. I know the therapist. She goes to our church and I have worked with her on a couple of fund raisers. She is very down to earth, no nonsense. She was the director for a male outpatient drug facility.

What is a “male outpatient drug facility”? Must be some rehab system.

It is a drug rehap facility. We decided that BG is going to live with her dad.

I suspect dads are more protective than moms. He knows what is going through that guy’s mind. Whether it’s true or not. Chuck had strict curfew for his girls.

Kim – I imagine you must feel relief & great sorrow at the same time. Will she still go to church with you or with George?

Sounds reasonable, Kim, and it’s not forever. It’ll be hard, but it gives you some breathing room & relieves much of the stress, which will probably be a very good thing at this juncture.
And, yes, all the best to Mr. Dad. 😮
