Psalm 33

1 Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.

² Praise the Lord with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings.

⁴ For the word of the Lord is right; and all his works are done in truth.

¹⁹ To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.

²⁰ Our soul waiteth for the Lord: he is our help and our shield.

²¹ For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.

²² Let thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.

1 In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness.

⁴ He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

⁵ He shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

Psalm 19

1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

² Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.

⁴ Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,

1 I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.

⁴ The sorrows of death compassed me, and the floods of ungodly men made me afraid.
