OperationRescue has filed a formal complaint against abortionist LeRoy Carhart.

“Operation Rescue has sent a formal letter to Maryland Attorney General’s office and Montgomery County State Attorney’s office requesting that Second Degree Murder charges be brought against late-term abortionist LeRoy Carhart for his part in the death of a patient on February 7, 2013.

Troy Newman, president of Operation Rescue, asked in his February 24 letter that the charges be brought under the state’s “depraved heart murder” doctrine that allows for second degree murder charges when a person engages in conduct that shows a reckless disregard for human life, even if resulting harm is unintentional.

Legal precedence for such a charge is abundant.”

This one is a very sad and troubling story about a man named Robert Saylor, a 26-year-old man who had Down Syndrome. It appears he was killed by 3 off-duty police deputies working security after staying in his seat when the movie ended. He wanted to stay for another showing.

From LifeNews

“Robert Saylor was a 26-year-old man who had Down syndrome. He went to see a movie in Frederick, Maryland with a health aide. After the movie was over, he wanted to see it again, so he remained in the movie theater. When employees were unable to get him to leave, three police deputies were called, who were working off-duty as security guards that night.

What happened next is horrifying. Saylor was asphyxiated during the arrest, after being placed face-down on the ground, and died.”

“This was a man who clearly had a disability. But no one in this case – not the theater employees or the police deputies – showed even an ounce of understanding, empathy, or compassion towards him. No one apparently thought of getting his health aide or his parents to help. They completely failed to recognize that this was someone who had special needs, and that this wasn’t their typical situation which might require an arrest or use of force.”

And this last one is encouraging, but they’ll get a fight from those taking the abortion dollars. But it’s way past time to expose the ties between these groups, how they get their money, and who the elected officials steering it to them are. Maybe digging into this will help do that.

From LifeSiteNews

“Dozens of legislators in the House and Senate have called on a federal government watchdog agency to investigate how much taxpayer money Planned Parenthood receives each year and how those funds are being used.

The letter asks for information on all affiliates of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, International Planned Parenthood Federation, the Population Council, the Guttmacher Institute, Advocates for Youth, and the Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States (SIECUS).”

“The effort is being led by Reps. Diane Black of Tennessee and Pete Olson of Texas, as well as U.S. Sen. David Vitter of Louisiana. But scores of Congressmen and five U.S. Senators signed the letter asking the Government Accountability Office (GAO) for a comprehensive list of grants being made to the abortion giant, the programs that authorize those monies, the kinds of programs offered, and the number of people served in each category.”

A Texas girl who won a temporary injunction against her parents who tried to force her to have an abortion has had the injunction made permanent.

From LifeSiteNews

“A judge has granted an injunction to the pregnant Houston teenager who sued her parents to stop them from forcing her to have an abortion. Attorneys with the Texas Center for Defense of Life (TCDL), who represented the girl, were granted a long-term injunction by the 308th Family District Court of Harris County, prohibiting the girl’s parents from coercing her to have an abortion for the entire duration of her pregnancy.”

The Medical Examiner in Baltimore has confirmed that a botched 33 week abortion by LeRoy Carhart killed a woman.

From LifeNews

“The chief medical examiner’s office in Baltimore has confirmed that a botched late-term abortion claimed the life of a young New York women who died recently at a Maryland abortion clinic. Jennifer McKenna Morbelli, a 29-year-old woman from New Rochelle, New York died from a botched 33-week abortion on February 7.

Now the chief medical examiner in Baltimore has confirmed she died when amniotic fluid seeped into her bloodstream, according to new entries on her death certificate. The new entry lists “amniotic fluid embolism following termination of pregnancy” as one of two causes of death. The second is “disseminated intravascular coagulation,” a condition during which small blood cots form in blood vessels.”

And more details about the abortionist have come to light as well.

From LifeNews

“Former employees of the abortion practitioner who killed a woman in a botched 33-week abortion say he frequently broke state health and medical laws when he ran an abortion business in Nebraska.”

“Before he was hired by a Maryland abortion business to do abortions in Germantown, LeRoy Carhart ran an abortion clinic in a suburb of Omaha, Nebraska. In 2009, Carhart laid off nearly half his staff as he faced a potential investigation from state officials. Former staffers came forward then to describe what they call illegal and unsafe conditions at his abortion center.

The former abortion facility employees say they participated in abortions that were done without proper licensing. The women gave sworn statements about illegal and unsafe activity at Carhart’s abortion clinic.”

A Colorado Planned Parenthood has been sued for botching an abortion and harming the woman.

Also from LifeNews

“A Planned Parenthood abortion patient has filed suit against the abortion business for botching an abortion so badly that it left part of the body of the unborn baby inside her afterwards.

Attorneys with Alliance Defending Freedom, a pro-life legal group, filed suit on behalf of a Colorado against Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains and one of its doctors. The mother says the abortion facility forced her to undergo an abortion without anesthesia and then left part of her baby’s body inside of her.

The lawsuit alleges that 40-year-old Ayanna Byer changed her mind about the abortion after Planned Parenthood in Colorado Springs could not provide her with the agreed-upon intravenous anesthesia for pain, but the abortionist proceeded with the abortion anyway. ADF informed LifeNews that, once the abortion was complete, Byer was sent home but ended up in an emergency room two days later because the abortionist had botched the procedure.”

The Michigan Board of Medicine is facing questions for covering up a botched abortion and sheltering the abortionist.

From LifeSiteNews

“The former owner of the unlicensed Muskegon abortion clinic shut down by authorities late last year for its unsanitary conditions has gone into hiding. Now, the Michigan Board of Medicine is facing hard questions from state legislators after a local news channel uncovered evidence that the board chairman used his position to shelter the abortionist from an investigation into a botched abortion in 2009 despite having an alleged conflict of interest.

State Senator Tonya Schuitmaker, a former member of the Board of Medicine who sits on the state Senate Health Policy Committee, is demanding a hearing to investigate why Dr. George Shade was permitted to make a ruling clearing the abortionist of any wrongdoing, considering his past close relationship with the accused, Dr. Robert Alexander.

Their relationship stretched back nearly 20 years, when Alexander lost his medical license in 1990 and served time behind bars in federal prison for selling illegal prescriptions. It was Shade who helped him get his license back upon his release, writing a letter on his behalf that the disgraced doctor used as “Exhibit A-1” in his licensing board hearing. Shade then took the ex-convict under his wing, serving as Alexander’s supervisor and mentor at a “training program” at Detroit Riverview Hospital.”

A 16 year old Texas girl has won a restraining order against her parents, who were trying to force her to have an abortion. Even the pro-choice crowd should support this. If it’s about the choice, then she should be allowed hers, shouldn’t she?

From LifeNews

“The parents of a Texas teenager have been, at least temporarily, stopped from pressuring their daughter to have an abortion. The teen girl is suing her parents to stop them from making her have an abortion.

Attorneys with The Center for Defense of Life have filed suit on behalf of the 16-year-old expectant mom who says her parents are trying to force her to have an abortion of a baby she wants to keep. The teenager is two months pregnant and asking a judge to stop her parents from making her have an abortion by coercing her with verbal and physical threats and by harassment.”

“Yesterday, the pro-life attorneys representing her obtained a temporary restraining order from the 215th District Court of Harris County, Texas. This court order prohibits the parents of their 16-year-old client from coercing her to have an abortion against her will.”

We’ve talked about the recent death of a woman at the hands of abortionist LeRoy Carhart, and the Hollywood movie praising him and his cohorts in the late-term abortion industry. Now we find out more about some of his other supporters. Not surprising either, given the Secretary’s love of all things abortion related. People like this are exactly the type of people she’d like to see benefit from ObamaCare abortion provisions and coverage.

Also from LifeNews

“The pro-life organization that has been on the forefront of exposing the details surrounding the botched 33-week abortion that killed a New York woman last week says the abortion practitioner responsible is linked to HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.”

“Operation Rescue obtained photographs of a secret party held by Sebelius in 2007 while serving as Governor of Kansas that honored late-term abortion practitioner George Tiller and his entire abortion clinic staff. Carhart and his wife, Mary Lou, were present at that party, which was held while they were under investigation by the State Attorney General’s office for suspected illegal late-term abortions, the group says.

Operation Rescue also has documentation that indicates Sebelius interfered in a medical board investigation into the death of another of Carhart’s third-trimester abortion patients, Christin Gilbert, on January 13, 2005.

Meanwhile, President Obama continues to do all he can to export abortion to the world. And of course, steer even more taxpayer money the abortionists way.

From LifeSiteNews

“A Presidential Memorandum issued last month by President Obama under the guise of gender equality and women’s empowerment will be used to advance sexual and reproductive health, and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) rights overseas, as well as the promotion of abortion.

Abortion activists applauded the president’s directive “Coordination of Policies and Programs to Promote Gender Equality and Empower Women and Girls Globally,” as a means to ensure that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s work on sexual and reproductive health and rights remains a priority in U.S. foreign policy and development assistance.

“Global abortion groups have long called for sexual and reproductive health care to be integrated into all levels of U.S. foreign assistance. These groups complain that sexual and reproductive health programs have been segregated – or “siloed” – into different offices, agencies, and funding mechanisms. The president’s directive will help facilitate this change and create a rise in funding for sexual and reproductive health – an amount abortion groups demand skyrocket to $1 billion annually.”

Life Matters 2-11-13

A week or so back I posted a link to a Newsbuster’s piece from Brent Bozell titled  The Abortionist Saints of Sundance.

As you’ll recall, it involved a newly debuted pro-abortion film aimed at glamorizing the people who do late term abortions. One of the so-called doctors in the film, LeRoy Carhart, the one who was especially over the top in his rhetoric, is now back in the news again. But this time there’s no Hollywood glamour and embellishments, just stark reality. You cannot hide the ugliness of what these people do, or the victims of it.

From The SusanB.AnthonyList

“This morning Operation Rescue and the Maryland Coalition for Life announced that yesterday a woman died from complications after undergoing a late-term, 33-week abortion at the hands of the infamous abortionist, LeRoy Carhart, in Germantown, Maryland.”

“The woman, who came for a third trimester abortion from out-of-state,  arrived at GRHC on Sunday and was seen by pro-life activists every day  through Wednesday.  Witnesses said she appeared “pale and weak.”

Early Thursday morning, the woman began suffering chest pain and  other discomforts.  Her attempts to reach Carhart were unsuccessful. The  woman was taken by her family from her hotel to a nearby hospital  emergency room at approximately 5:00 a.m.  Efforts by hospital staff to  contact Carhart or get informational assistance from the abortion clinic  were unsuccessful.

The patient suffered massive internal bleeding into her abdominal  cavity.  She slipped into a Code Blue condition approximately six times  before finally succumbing to her injuries at around 9:30 a.m.  The case  has been placed with the Medical Examiner for further investigation.”

And this is not an isolated incident either.

And possibly even more disturbing is recent news out of New Jersey. This is troubling to say the least. Let’s hope Gov. Christie vetoes the snot out of it should it survive the State Senate.

From NYCBSLocal

“The New Jersey State Assembly has voted in favor of physician-assisted suicide.

The measure passed by a vote of 7-2 with two abstentions.

The Death with Dignity Act would allow terminally ill patients to be prescribed medication that would end their lives.

Under the measure, the lethal medication would only be made available to patients who are told by two doctors that they have six months or less to live.”

“After Tiller”

“After Tiller” is the new film from pro-abortion supporters. Not surprisingly, Hollywood just loved it. Also not surprisingly the film seeks to glorify the work of late-term abortionists while vilifying pro-lifers. Though the film claims to be calm in tone and non-political, it appears to be anything but.

From Brent Bozell, via CNSNews

“Robert Redford’s Sundance Film Festival featured a documentary  celebrating four “amazing” abortionists who evacuate wombs in the third  trimester of pregnancy. The critics in attendance loved it. The  Philadelphia Inquirer boasted it drew “two standing ovations — one for  the doctors.”

Sundance attendees in Utah were greeted by police  and armed sheriffs in green jumpsuits that made a show of force outside  the theater. They had to have their bags searched and were inspected  with handheld metal detectors. After the movie was shown, two police  officers stood at the front of the auditorium as the directors and the  four abortionists featured in the film answered audience questions.”

“The film also stars Dr. Warren  Hern, who is perpetually bombastic and coarse. He says in the trailer,  “When I walk out the front door, I expect to be assassinated.” The Daily  Beast put this Hern quote in large type: “When abortion doctors are  assassinated, the political right has celebrated those assassinations.  It’s a very serious and dark matter in American society.”

The Bozell piece mentions the response and glowing admiration from supporters over at TheDailyBeast.

They chose to lead with an inflammatory quote from one of the abortionists, after they jumped right in with some of their own.

After Tiller, the Sundance documentary named after the physician gunned down in 2009, follows the four doctors in America who still perform third-trimester abortions. Marlow Stern speaks with three of the doctors about the abortion battle, and their fanatical foes.

“We’re 40 years after Roe v. Wade, and the women in America are in worse shape than they were 40 years ago. Their rights are being trampled in the street.

Vilifying your opponents in coarse and crude language isn’t really surprising from these folks I suppose. After all, what they are advocating requires the supporter to be coarse. How else do you do what they do, and advocate for what they are here? This is late term abortion here. These are abortions of children who in some cases could survive on their own, even more could with medical intervention. Coarseness and a disregard for life go hand in hand with these people. Yet we’re labeled the terrorists and fanatics. Only in Hollywood could you find a script so bizarre, or people who would cheerlead and applaud such nonsense.

March For Life 2013

This past week we marked the 40th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision. A very sad milestone to mark because of the cost involved to our nation. Over 55,000,00 Americans have lost their lives to this horrible decision. Who knows the great minds, leaders, cures, and inventions we may have robbed ourselves of in the name of so-called choice. Selfishness has robbed us of so many potential benefits that these missing people may have brought to this world. So much potential, never realized, never given a chance. It saddens me a great deal.

But there is still hope for those to come. We need to concentrate on the future. We need to end this. Public opinion is shifting, despite a recent poll to the contrary. We are making ground with pro-life legislation efforts on the state level. Limitations and restrictions are on the rise. That’s why you see efforts like in NY to try to give the appearance of success for the pro-abortion side. The abortion lobby has millions in blood money to fight with. They have politicians all too willing to take that money, and push their goals. But they do not have the majority of people behind it. That’s where they lose, and we can win. By changing hearts and minds, and offering loving alternatives, and of course along with the blessings and grace of God, we can win. As medical technology advances the lies about what they are doing, and that they’re doing it to a child not a clump of cells, becomes more difficult for the country’s consciences to ignore. There’s no hiding the barbarity of it anymore.

So I tip my hat to the marchers today, and all who will support them in prayer as well. Keep fighting the good fight. And a huge Thank You!

The link below will have updates, photos, and schedules of things as the day goes on. I’ll probably post some updates as the day goes on, and some photos if I can get them. Here’s the link to the MarchForLife site.

“January 22nd marks the 40th Anniversary of Roe v. Wade, and on the 25th we will commemorate that solemn occasion with the 40th anniversary of the largest human rights demonstration in the world, the MARCH FOR LIFE.  With the passing of the pro-life leader and visionary Nellie Gray, a change in leadership has occurred, and with this new leadership comes big plans for the March as we go forward.

This year in particular we aim to raise awareness in the minds of all Americans of the 40th Anniversary and the toll this has taken on these United States. Our theme includes an equation–40=55M, to signify that in the forty years since Roe v. Wade, 55 million of our fellow human beings have lost their lives to abortion. Fifty-five million is nearly the population of California and New York combined.  Clearly, abortion truly is the human rights abuse of today and our theme this year reflects this reality. ”

Life Matters 1-22-13

40 years ago today the Supreme Court made a poor decision that would have devastating consequences on women, children, and our country. That decision, Roe v Wade, continues to be a black stain on the conscience of the nation. It has taken nearly 56,000,000 lives to date, and sadly will continue to take more daily. Some of the supporters of this horror hold the highest positions of power in our govt., in many cases their campaigns were financed with the money made on the killing of innocents. Today is a sad day indeed. I love this country, but I’m shamed but what it’s becoming. I also fear the reckoning we will face for this when God finally says “Enough”.

From LifeNews

“Did you hear? Planned Parenthood has decided that they won’t use the phrase “pro-choice” anymore. With support for abortion at an all-time low (41%) they took a poll. After using a term that has been intentionally misleading for decades, now they say it is “confusing.”

After a 40 year experiment on women, we are not confused.

All people are equal. All choices are not. Abortion is a bad choice for women–sometimes deadly for women, and almost always for their children. Women who have suffered abortions increasingly tell us that they regret their abortion, and that it hurt them in many ways.

Forty years after the Supreme Court decided Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton on January 22, 1973, we remember 56 million missing American children and hundreds of women, perhaps thousands, who have paid the ultimate price.”

Open Letter to Obama on Inauguration Day: Why I Can’t Clap For You

“Many Americans are praying for you as you are inaugurated today. I am among them, as I participate today in the national commemorative service for the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and join his family at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta.

Yet when wild applause erupts today for you here today, I will not be applauding. When standing ovations occur, I will stand to honor my country and the office of its President, but I will not be applauding, because, I do not believe that you should be the current occupant of the White House.

When you were first elected, many rejoiced that yet another barrier had been broken for racial equality in our nation. I rejoiced with them. Yet so many African-Americans could have been — and can still be — elected to the Presidency who better represent and advance the principles on which our country was founded.

Instead, you so often violate them. Therefore along with the chorus of praise, I want to write this letter today representing so many of our fellow Americans who raise a chorus of concern, particularly regarding your stand on life, religious freedom, and marriage.”

__________________________________________________

We heard repeatedly last week about how letters to the President made an impression, and drove him to act to save the children. Too bad he didn’t get the same feelings from these letter writers.

Also from LifeNews

“I’m getting sick and tired of the Obama administration using children selectively in order to help the president advocate his public policy positions. As I sat and watched his recent press conference, I finally understood his opposition to the Iraq War. It seems he and the late President Hussein are kindred spirits who share more than just a name. They share a sick penchant for using children as human shields in the middle of war. And make no mistake about it; America is currently at war with itself on many different fronts. As I sat and watched Obama surrounded by little human political shields, three things struck me as being especially hypocritical:

“But it got worse as the day went on. ABC News and other outlets began circulating letters written to Obama by children wishing to weigh in on current public policy debates. That’s normal, of course. Children always weigh in on public policy debates without being prodded by liberal parents who never left childhood themselves. And everyone knows it makes sense to base public policy decisions on the recommendations of children.

What people do not realize is that the practice of children voluntarily writing the White House is so common that the Obama Administration is having difficulty keeping the content of some of these letters from the press. Fortunately, I have a mole in the White House who has sent me some of these previously hidden letters – all of which were mailed by school children to Obama. In fairness, we are forbidden to assume that any of the following letters were written under duress from right wing parents or school teachers:”

__________________________________________________

Gov. Cuomo of NY did the same thing. He stood there at the signing of strict new gun laws and told everyone it was for the children. But I guess some children just aren’t as equal as others.

From HotAir

“Are there such people as pro-life Democrats? We had a few in Congress a few years back, as I recall, but then they voted for the ObamaCare bill without language that permanently protected taxpayers from funding abortions.  Nevertheless, there still seem to be a significant number of Democratic voters who remain pro-life, even if there doesn’t seem to be many Democratic politicians.  One group in New York, Democrats for Life of America, is outraged over a new abortion-expansion proposal from Governor Andrew Cuomo in what is already arguably the abortion capital of the nation, which would eliminate parental notification requirements and allow non-doctors to perform abortions:

By promoting one of the most expansive abortion bills in American history, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has opened a civil war on two fronts: with his church and with elements of his own party.

Cuomo is pushing for a massive expansion of access to abortion in the state, including lifting restrictions on third-trimester abortions, allowing non-doctors to perform the procedure, and enshrining a fundamental right to “terminate a pregnancy” in New York state law.

Democrats for Life of America deemed the proposed bill “the most sweeping abortion legislation in the nation.”

Children are a blessing. It’s time we treated them as such. Not as props, or something to easily discard if you don’t want it, but as a gift. It’s time for our leaders to step up and lead by example. Sadly, I doubt our current ones have the decency to do so. After all, they benefit from the continued bloodshed. That needs to stop.

Life Matters 1-17-13

American’s United for Life   has released it’s annual report on the best and worst states for protecting life.

LifeNews has the details.

“The national pro-life legislative group Americans United for Life has released its seventh annual ranking of states across the country based on the way each deals with a comprehensive list of life issues – from abortion to euthanasia.

For the second time in three years, Louisiana tops the list, followed closely by Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Nebraska, and Arkansas. Indiana was listed as the most improved state last year.”

“Washington, California, Hawaii, Vermont, and Montana come in as the least life-affirming states, while Arizona, Indiana, Kansas, North Carolina, and Utah rate as the “most improved.””

__________________________________________________

And this one is interesting because it shows the obvious. An unborn child is a life deserving of protections. Those rights are being granted, except in the case of abortion. It’s time to end that exception.

From CNSNews

“The Alabama Supreme Court ruled in a case on  Friday that “unborn children are persons with rights that should be  protected by law.”

The case involved two women who had been charged  under a “chemical  endangerment” law because they had ingested illegal drugs – one,  cocaine, and the second, methamphetamine  — while pregnant.”

“In its concluding remarks, the Alabama Supreme Court said“The decision of this Court today is in keeping with the widespread legal  recognition that unborn children are persons with rights that should be protected by law. Today, the only major area in which unborn children are denied legal protection is abortion, and that denial is only because of the dictates of Roe.””

Life Matters 1-11-13

Public opinion continues to swing to the pro-life side.

From LifeSiteNews

“A new Marist poll conducted for the Knights of Columbus reveals that 83% of Americans favor significant limitations on what is now essentially abortion on demand. That is up 4 points from last year.”

“Nearly 6 in 10 Americans (58%) also believe abortion is “morally wrong.”  And in many ways perhaps most important of all, a full 84% of Americans say laws can protect both mothers and unborn children.”

““They understand abortion’s true legacy – a child loses life, and parents lose a child. And after witnessing the effects of abortion for the past 40 years, Americans are not legally or morally comfortable with that legacy. It is time for our country to chart a new course on this issue – a course that protects both the mother and the child.””

Let’s hope this trend continues.

__________________________________________________

And let’s hope this finally happens as well.

From TheHill

“Rep. Diane Black (R-Tenn.) this week vowed to continue trying to starve  Planned Parenthood of federal funds after the group’s latest report showed it  performed a record number of abortions in its latest fiscal  year.

According to Black, Planned Parenthood’s latest report says the  group received $542 million in taxpayer funding, nearly half of the group’s  revenue. She said the group performed nearly 334,000 abortions in the last  fiscal year.

“As Planned Parenthood’s federal funds reached an all time high, so too did  the number of abortions it provided, while its real health services for women  continues to decline,” Black said. “This report underscores the pressing need to  cut off all federal funding for Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion  provider in America.”

UPDATE

Here’s another encouraging story.

From TheWashingtonExaminer

“The biggest crowds ever for the annual March for Life protest are expected to hit Washington January 25 as hundreds of thousands attend the 40th anniversary rally to protest the 1973 Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion, according to organizers.

The march, expected to attract tens of thousands more than the record 400,000 two years ago, could rival President Obama’s Inauguration Day crowd, propelled by the growing youth support of efforts to overturn Roe v. Wade, which the president has embraced with open arms. Obama drew 1.8 million in 2009. Just 600,000 are expected January 21st.

One critical sign of how big the march will be: Hotels pre-booked for participants sold out a month ago while many Washington hotels report lukewarm interest for rooms during the Inauguration. In 2009, hotels sold out months in advance as an excited nation readied to welcome the first black president.”

First, an Open Letter from the CEO of HobbyLobby.

“The CEO of Hobby Lobby has penned a tragic letter about the loss of religious freedom and liberty in America. The Christian crafts company has been forced by the Obama administration to pay for drugs for its employees in their health care plan that may cause abortions.

Doing so violates the religious freedom of the founders and owners of Hobby Lobby, but the firm has, so far, been unsuccessful in getting courts to give it an exemption while its lawsuit against the HHS mandate continues.”

The second further exposes the lies from Planned Parenthood.

91% of Pregnant Women Planned Parenthood Sees Get Abortions

“As LifeNews reported last week, a new annual report the Planned Parenthood abortion business released shows it helped fewer pregnant women with prenatal care and the number of pregnant women it referred for adoptions declined as well.

The report also breaks down the “services” Planned Parenthood offers in addition to abortions. Planned Parenthood has always come under fire from pro-life groups for doing hundreds of thousands of abortions by providing little in the way of help for pregnant woman wanting to keep their baby or considering adoption. The new report shows that hasn’t changed.

The new document the abortion organization posted shows Planned Parenthood did 329,445 abortions in 2010 while it provided prenatal care to only 31,098 women and referred only 841 women to adoption agencies.”
