  1. “This is the person appointed by the Democratic Mayor of DC to run DC Water as the chair of their board.

I want you to carefully review her bio and tell me her expertise in waste water management and most specifically her engineering chops.”

“The Chair of @dcwater board isn’t an engineer, or city planner

Dr. Unique N. Morris-Hughes is a DEI bureaucrat, non profit “educator”, grant disperser of taxpayer money, & former asst head of a boys charter school

She’s now head of the largest raw sewage spill in US history”

  2. Republicans complaining about who runs DC is amusing considering the clowns at the White House — RFK, Noem, Bondi, etc

Clinton is as innocent as Trump is exonerated. I’m not sure why Trump supporters think Clinton is a big gotcha — nobody is defending him. The files are full of names of the American political, economic and academic elite yet Trump supporters seemed focused on partisan politics missing the big picture. The elite exploited young girls, the elite conspired with authorities, the elite discussed how to keep the masses distracted and ill informed, etc

The Europeans are holding inquiries, hearings, and investigations. They are charging and arresting people. They are reviewing national security concerns. Meanwhile in the US, Bondi is talking about the Dow and reading from a “burn” book. The files are being released in random fashion with some names redacted and others not. In the US the elites are being protected — sure they will throw out a few random names to distract and sacrifice but others are still protected and nationals security interests are not even discussed.

  3. Sure HRW, and you have evidence of anything untoward from Trump with regard to Epstein?

No. You don’t, because there is none.

Bill Clinton however, rheres numerous photis with him and young girls, in a tub with them, and getting a message….

    But sure, keep pretending….

  4. AJ, You and I get our news from different sources so we see different things. Just a couple of things;

    1. I’ve said in the past that if you aren’t convinced Trump is a sexual predator, the Epstein files no matter what is in there, won’t change your mind. Hence, I haven’t been posting anything here and quite frankly I don’t think its appropriate. The Stern (Miss Teen USA) tapes and Planet Hollywood tapes were enough for me not too mention rape accusations from women over the years.
    2. My interest in the Epstein files is the national security and blackmail angle. North America seems focused on the sex part of the scandal and are missing the other aspects — the Europeans are very active in this aspect and now the UN is looking into it. Blackmail is a clear threat to the rules based order.
    3. The reaction to the files is interesting. Most conservative commentators are all over it when a “liberal” or “democrat” are implicated but silent when a “conservative” or “republican” is mentioned (Bannon seems to be the exception, the sacrificial whipping boy). Meanwhile, the left is in a take no prisoners mode, reporting on every member of the elite mentioned in the files no matter the political affiliation.
    4. Trump is mentioned over 3000 times in the redacted version of the files. In the un-redacted version his name is everywhere, why is his name redacted at all?
    5. Names in email correspondence discussing rape have been redacted — why? its not the victim’s names.
    6. Bondi has completely bungled the release. Why? Is she that incompetent or is there an attempt at cover-up? At this point, less than half the files have been released — why? And why is the Trump admin saying its finished or good enough or time to move on. Blanche and Patel have both said there’s nothing more to investigate yet the of the world disagrees. Why?
    7. As for Trump — there’s been mention of accusations in the files by girls, drivers, etc. Videos and pictures show Trump with Epstein (and Melania and Maxwell). Sure, there’s no smoking gun but there’s enough to raise questions. And then there’s the bizarre nature of the release, Bondi’s redactions, Blanche’s interview with Maxwell, and Patel’s refusal to investigate anything.

I will agree with you that I’m very pessimistic that anybody will persecuted for what is the files — just the incompetence, planned or happenstance, by Bondi, Patel and others will insure nothing happens. On the other hand, an Emir in the UAE lost his position, Prince Andrew has been vanquished to some nether regions, and other Europeans are busy. Maybe I should rephrase that — nobody in the US will suffer consequences and that should give you pause. Royalty is being punished but the American elite are getting away with it.

  5. AJ, we have a new man in the race to be elected governor. His name is Rick Jackson. Are you related? I think he is going to shake things up in the Republican primary. He is a businessman without political ties but knows how to manage well a successful business. He splashed into the race with many ads, both TV and post cards.

“Mamdani said “We are forced to raid the rainy day fund, retiree health benefits reserve, AND increase property taxes”.

Force is a word communist hate while campaigning but love after they win elections.

This is just the beginning for NYC”

  7. Andrew Mountbatten Windsor (as the British press now refers to him) was arrested for “misconduct in a public office” — it appears he may have shared state secrets with Epstein.

This confirms my idea that the direction for the Epstein files is national security not a puerile sex scandal.

Yesterday, Wexner gave a disposition which none of the Republican Congressmen attended. He denied any wrong doing but the question that lingers is why did he give so much money and control to Epstein. Blackmail is the obvious answer. The question then is who else was blackmailed and by whom and is blackmail still occuring?
