Good afternoon! Everyone must be engaged with Christmas activities, lol
The weather is fabulous here. I just made a big pot of turkey soup from leftovers. I’d like turkey noodle, but I am still doing gluten free which has meant eczema free for me.
There must have been some Christmas sales or something today!!!
I met daughter for coffee this morning early then we shopped and had lunch! So many shoppers out today !! And Christmas music playing in every store except Starbucks! Warm here and not so wintry feeling🫤🎄⛄️
I hope your camera could catch those lights, Janice.
We took in one Christmas Bizarre yesterday. It was at the school my husband used to attend. That school was sold to a community group that turned it into a type of community center. It is used in many ways, including apartments, shops, a restaurant/bakery and a gym. There is a homeless short-term shelter and just so many other ways it is used.
Recently the group who ran it had two weeks to raise over forty thousand dollars for heating needs. It seemed impossible. However, with God all things are possible, and the need was not only met, but exceeded.
BTW, this is one of the hallmarks of our country from the very beginning: volunteer groups that help out the poor and deliver other services. It seems to be ignored by those who think everything should be done by government.

I have been sky watching tonight, hopeful to glimpse the Northern Lights with my camera
There have been many lovely photos taken about 45 minutes north of us.
