  1. “I’m just flesh and bone, but more importantly, I’m a soul, and that soul is accountable to one being.”

“I’ve had an unbelievably blessed life… So praise God. I’ve been all across the world. I’ve met with world leaders.”

“I’ve flown Air Force One, got to know a president. I have an amazing family, the podcast Turning Point USA… And so you experienced that, and you’re like, ‘What actually matters?'”

“What matters is your relationship with the divine, your relationship with your family, your kids, and maybe a close collection of friends, and your relationship with the truth.”

So much wisdom and taken way too soon. Charlie Kirk will never be forgotten.”

“President Trump from the Oval Office has just addressed the assassination of Charlie Kirk and declared he will go after those who perpetrate political violence.

“My administration will find each and every one of those who contributed to this atrocity and to other political violence, including the organizations that fund it and support it, as well as those who go after our judges, law enforcement officials, and everyone else who brings order to our country.”

“I am filled with grief and anger at the heinous assassination of Charlie Kirk on a college campus in Utah. Charlie inspired millions, tonight all who knew him and loved him are united in shock and horror.”

“From the attack on my life in Butler, Pennsylvania last year, which killed a husband and father, to the attacks on ICE agents, to the vicious murder of a healthcare executive in the streets of New York, to the shooting of House Majority Leader Steve Scalise and three others. Radical left political violence has hurt too many innocent people and taken too many lives. “

“Tonight, I ask all Americans to commit themselves to the American values for which Charlie Kirk lived and died, the values of free speech, citizenship, the rule of law.”

“His legacy will live on for countless generations to come. Today, because of this heinous act, Charlie’s voice has become bigger and grander than ever before, and it’s not even close. May God bless his memory. May God watch over his family.”

  2. “@ClayTravis has a blunt response to Barack Obama’s claim that he “doesn’t know” what motivated Charlie Kirk’s murder.

In just two minutes, Travis summed up what every angry American is feeling right now.

    “YOU CAUSED THIS!”

“You can’t call the president of the United States Adolf Hitler for 10 years… you cannot say that anyone who voted for Trump or advocated for him like you, me, Riley, and Charlie Kirk are Nazis, and then when someone tries to kill us, suddenly say, ‘We condemn this violence.’ You caused it!”

“Look at me right now! You caused this! When you tell people that someone is Hitler, you are telling crazy people: go kill them. And I’m sick of pretending that is anything other than what they are doing. … Charlie Kirk bore the brunt of that left-wing violence.”

  3. “I am told that as a state representative this is the moment where I’m supposed to express my heartfelt condolences and then stand in solidarity with those on the other side of the aisle as we condemn political violence and stand unified as one people.

But we aren’t “one people” are we?

The truth is we haven’t been for some time now, and there is really no point in pretending anymore, if there ever was.

We are two very different peoples. We may occupy the same piece of geography, but that is where the similarities seem to abruptly end.

I convinced myself for a long time that whenever the left called me a racist, a bigot, a sexist, a fascist, a “threat to democracy” for even the most innocent of disagreements, that it was simply hyperbolic rhetoric done for effect.

And now the “effect” is a widow and two orphaned children, because the left couldn’t bear the thought of a peaceful man debating them and winning.

I don’t think they realize it yet, but murdering Charlie is going to be remembered as the day where we finally woke up to what this fight really is.

It’s not a civil dispute among fellow countrymen. It’s a war between diametrically opposed worldviews which cannot peacefully coexist with one another. One side will win, and one side will lose.

Charlie tried to win that fight through argumentation, through discussion, through peaceful resolution of differences.

And the other side murdered him.

Not because he was “extreme” or “inciting violence” or any other hyperbolic slur they hurled at him. They murdered him because he was effective. Because he was unafraid. Because he inspired others and made them feel like they had a voice, that they were not alone. And he did it at the very institutions which have fomented so much hatred toward conservatives.

I don’t want to “stand in solidarity” with the other side of the aisle. I want to defeat you. I want to defeat the godless ideology that kills babies in the womb, sterilizes confused children, turns our cities into cesspools of degeneracy and lawlessness…and that murdered Charlie Kirk.

Social media is aflame right now with leftist celebration of Charlie’s death.

I wonder if any among them understand what has just happened. If there is a Yamamoto somewhere in their midst warning, that all they have done is awoken a sleeping giant.

I doubt it. I think they gave up such introspection and self-awareness long ago.

I don’t know exactly what will happen next. I just know that it won’t be the same as what has happened in the past.

There will be thoughts and prayers…Charlie would have wanted prayers. Not for himself but for those left behind and for the country that he loved.

But then there will be a reckoning. My Christian faith requires me to love my enemies and pray for those who curse me. It does not require me to stand idly by in the midst of savagery and barbarism…quite the opposite.

So every time I feel tired, every time I feel discouraged or overwhelmed, I am going to watch the video of a good man being murdered in Utah…I will force myself to watch it…and then I will return to the work of destroying the evil ideology responsible for that and so much more.

Rest with God Charlie, your fight is over.

    Ours is just beginning.”

  4. “They killed our peacekeeper, our negotiator, and our standard bearer of respectful debate. THAT’S who they targeted.

Not a cruel person, not a rude person, not a violent person, not a cheater, a gambler, a womanizer, or a criminal.

A peaceful, morally upstanding debater, who happened to disagree with them. THAT’s who they killed.

Meanwhile, they let habitual reoffending criminals evade justice, entirely dismissive of their victims, all while proclaiming conservative speech to be ‘violence.’

We say ‘mean words’ they argue, and thus it’s ‘okay’ to kill us. The guy who stabs people on trains, however, deserves our empathy.

After all, systemic inequities failed him. Shouldn’t we be more understanding of his plight?

The hypocrisy would be comical if it weren’t so thoroughly tragic.

Well I’m done, and enough is enough.

When you kill our peaceful thought-leader, you get the strong-man who’s left.

So until this cancerous leftist movement is stamped out of social acceptance, I don’t want hear another word about ‘mean tweets’ or ‘Trump being a dictator.’ You had your chance to be peaceful, but your side kills people over words. So go to hell.”~Jay Hubbard”

  5. “Joe Biden called more than half the country garbage following two assassination attempts on Trump.

Tim Walz recently said he looks forward to one day waking up to the news that Trump is dead.

The inflection point in this country happened a long time ago. The faster everyone wakes up from the idealistic slumber that these are just your “otherwise good neighbors with policy disagreements,” the faster we can start addressing this problem. They don’t view you as human.

It’s a cult. The members of the cult are insane. The time for debate is over. You cannot debate and persuade the insane. The only thing that works is deprogramming.”

  6. “EXCLUSIVE: This morning my team received an e-mail from officer at ATF.

The email included a screen shot from what appears to be an internal message describing a weapon and cartridges located by ATF and other law enforcement near the scene of the Charlie Kirk shooting at Utah Valley State University.

“On September 10, 2025, at approximately 12:24PM, Conservative political influencer Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at the Utah Valley University in Orem, UT. Mr. Kirk was speaking at the University as part of the American Comeback Tour. Multiple SLC I and III agents responded immediately. The suspect fired one shot from an elevated position on a rooftop in an adjacent building on the campus and surveillance video shows the suspect, jumping off and fleeing the area on foot. ATF and other law-enforcement located an older model imported Mauser .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle wrapped in a towel in a wooded area near the campus. The location of the firearm appears to match the suspects route of travel. The spent cartridge was still chambered in addition to three unspent rounds at the top fed magazine. All cartridges have engraved wording on them, expressing transgender and anti-fascist ideology. An emergency trace has been submitted an ATF SLC is working leads generated by the trace. The firearm and ammunition have been taken by the FBI for DNA analysis and fingerprint impressions. Upon completion of forensics, the firearm will be disassembled for additional importer information. Multiple people of interest having contacted or detained because of eyewitness testimony and review of video footage. The primary suspect is yet to be identified. ATF is assisting the investigation with multiple other federal, state, and local partners and the case is co-led by the FBI and Utah SBI.””

  7. The leftist hypocrisy is on full display. And those who find the Guardian as an excellent “news” source the bias is telling of character or lack thereof…

Even before his body was cold, voices on the Left wasted no time framing Charlie as “divisive” and a “peddler of hate speech.” MSNBC analyst Matthew Dowd suggested Kirk’s rhetoric somehow laid the groundwork for his own assassination. The Guardian and Occupy Democrats echoed the same narrative—painting him as the villain instead of the victim. This is the disgusting reality of our media culture: when conservatives are murdered, the first instinct of the Left is not compassion, but condemnation.

  8. I did not follow Charlie, but I have loved ones who listened to him for years, both older and younger. I believe them when they say this was a good man who loved others and wanted them to come to faith in a good God, examine what they believe and seek truth. He wanted freedom to speak and reason together. There is no one in the public eye that cannot have statements taken out of context.

Those who want to act like this was not about politics are being either disingenuous, naive or lying. May they all have a fear of God, the beginning of wisdom and go on to more wisdom.

  9. AJ – Yesterday you said in a comment:

~ “A simple search on X reveals numerous leftists gleefully celebrating Charlie’s death. They are agents of evil, they are the enemy of all you hold dear, and you need to stop pretending they’re not.” ~

Something that should be kept in mind is that we often see the worst of the worst on social media, in posts and in comments. There are many more liberals, as well as conservatives, who live their daily lives and don’t hate those with whom they disagree nor wish them harm, and who are horrified by what has happened to Charlie Kirk. I have seen it myself on Facebook.

(Sadly, I see hateful posts or comments from both sides, on various issues.)

To folks on both sides of the political spectrum – and to unbelievers who have pointed out some very un-Christian behavior from Christians online – I have often pointed this out. For some people, there is something about typing away on a keyboard (or on their phone, as so many tend to do these days) that unleashes the worst in them.

I cannot remember the details, but I know that I have made the same point to one or more liberal friends complaining about hateful comments from conservatives on other matters.

  10. Part of a Facebook post from a pastor:

~ “Church, this can be our finest hour. Let us speak and act with love and grace while we hold fast to truth and justice.

    Give Charlie to Jesus.

    Give vengeance to God.

    Give yourself to prayer.

And pray for Charlie’s killer and haters.

    Bless them.

I know it’s hard… so lean into Jesus. Don’t let wickedness kill your love for Christ. Let it fuel it.” ~

  11. Perhaps I live a sheltered life but I’m not seeing anything from the conservative side of the aisle saying kill anyone. No one is saying they wished Biden dead nor any other of those enemies of our faith. I read all too much coming from the other side desiring death and wiping out of those who speak truth.

To suggest we should ask the Lord to bless the shooter? Seriously? Does not one see the demonic forces at play here? The very despisers of our souls wanting to silence truth?

Do followers of Christ desire for all to know Him? Of course. But so much of what is being said conveys to me that we should just leave it up to God and shut up and somehow that makes us good Christians?

We do leave all that confronts us in His Hands but I see no where that would tell us to keep quiet. It comes across very pacifist and I do realize some here lean that way…but to acquiesce to the evil coming towards us…no.

  12. “Fox just aired a beautiful tribute to the life of Charlie Kirk, showing how effective he was at shaping American politics from a young age

Starting as a teenager, Kirk put together an INCREDIBLE organization to save American youth from woke indoctrination. He succeeded.

Charlie NEVER stopped working to better our country. It was truly an incredible thing to witness.

    God Bless him.”

  13. Well Kizzie, then perhaps those people you speak of should police their own and call out the BS. Call out the haters calling for violence, speak up against it.

But they never do. Never, not once. They incite, and then hand wring, and say gee we’re sorry for your loss, how could this happen?

Spare me. That dog no longer hunts.

  14. We are told to love our enemies. We are told to forgive. Neither mean giving into enemies or not punishing wrong. We can always pray our enemies wake up and repent. Whether they do or not does not mean they should not be punished, even with capital punishment. Leaving vengeance in God’s hands (which we are called to do) does not mean we do nothing. In fact, being on death row may bring repentance. Or it will just bring God’s righteous judgement against the person known to be just to all in eternity. Only God knows when one is beyond salvation. Surely those who knew Paul would have thought he was beyond salvation.

Nor does acting with love and grace mean not speaking the truth. In fact, we are called as much to speak the truth as to love. It is grace and love that speaks the truth. It is a lack of love to risk losing a relationship by lying when someone needs our opinion. We can express our love even when condemning evil.

BTW, the Minneapolis assassinations were not done by a Conservative, no matter how people twist things, as someone here seems to believe.

“BREAKING: Investigators have obtained “high quality” video of the Charlie Kirk assassin, but will NOT yet be releasing it to the public yet

The suspect arrived on campus at 11:52am, walked across campus, and accessed a rooftop from a stairwell.

After the shooting, he ran to the other side of the building, jumped off the rooftop, and fled into the neighborhood.

That’s where investigators found the doorbell camera footage of him.

    HE WILL BE FOUND.”

  19. From the actual Simsbury, Connecticut Democrats. (It only took me a minute to find this.)

~ “The Bluesky post that has been shared all over social media was not posted by this account, the Simsbury DTC or anyone associated with the Simsbury Democratic Town Committee. We do not know WHO made that account and posted that disgusting and vile comment. We wish we did. It is horrible and it is hurtful and we condemn the post but more importantly condemn the horrific violence that tragically took a life today.

No family should be experiencing what the Kirk family is going through now. We are praying for them.

Violence should never be celebrated or cheered.” ~

  20. Kizzie I suppose it was this pastor’s closing lines that caught me

He admonishes believers to “bless them” and further assumes wickedness can kill our love for Christ.

I get weary worn sometimes with the overreach…trust the walk of others unless you know they struggle but no one should broad brush especially during times such as these….

And the vitriol I am seeing the leftist spew is astounding. Two teachers at a local school here were giving high fives during their class of sixth graders at the news yesterday…they had better be fired!

    No assassination attempts on AOC.

No assassination attempts on any other prominent voice on the political left.

    No violence from pro-Israeli crowds.

No arrests on the pro-Israeli side.

No calls for death or murder of those who oppose the pro-Israeli side.

Those who oppose gender ideology do not call for the death of those who disagree with them.

Those who oppose movements like BLM did not call for the death of those who took part in the BLM riots.

  22. Yes she has freedom of speech now that she lives in our country. Sadly she is a “representative”. Her heart is stone cold

    The Federalist Papers 13m •

OMAR: “Yeah, there is nothing more effed up. You know, like, than to completely pretend that, you know, his words and actions have not been recorded and in existence for the last decade or so.

And, you know, you have people like Nancy Mace who constantly harass people that she finds inferior and wants them not to exist in this country or ever.

And, you know, you have people like Trump, who has incited violence against people like me. And so, you know, these people are full of s**t and it’s important for us to call them out while we feel anger and sadness and have, you know, empathy, which Charlie said no, you shouldn’t exist because that’s a newly created word or something.”
