  1. USAID was the vehicle he used to defraud the taxpayers. Burn it to the ground.

“DOGE: This is insane. The moment Kamala Harris lost the election, Biden began sending Democrat-aligned NGOs & companies $1.3 billion per day, almost $100 billion before Trump took office. In the prior 15 years the same loan office gave out just $40 billion, just $8 million a day. This was theft on a scale the world has never seen before. Trump needs to claw this money back.”

“The Biden Administration pushed out $93 BILLION in green energy loans in the 3 months before @POTUS came into office. This was NO way to treat taxpayer money & we @ENERGY will be working to clean this up.”

  2. A thread on the new ways and means committee bill. Finally, someone in Congress working along with the president to implement his agenda.

“🧵🧵The ways and means committee released the 389 page centerpiece of the big beautiful bill. And this, this is what I voted for. Growth, stabilization, promotes business and helps the middle class. Don’t let the media lie about this like did with the TCJA.

It makes permanent key elements of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) while introducing new incentives to reward work, investment, entrepreneurship, and productivity. Its guiding philosophy is simple: lower taxes + fewer restrictions = more innovation, jobs, and prosperity.

This is arguably the most important piece of legislation for Present Trump’s second term.”

  3. “Each cross represents a white farmer who was murdered in South Africa.

And some people still deny that white South Africans/Boers are persecuted and say they don’t deserve asylum because they are white.”

Fact: These are legitimate asylum claims. These people are leaving in fear for their lives. I ‘d look happy to have arrived from where they just left too.

  4. So it appears the House is ignoring the president’s wishes on taxing SS, as the no tax on tips made it thru, but no tax on SS was cut by the House.

  5. Cutting the tax on SS would benefit some of the poorest and least able in the country: of course the GOP won’t pass it– and neither will Democrats. I am not interested in primarying one Republican snake just to get another one of the same. I want to know who in the House and Senate opposes this legislation. I would be shocked if they are not supporting tax relief for big business.

  6. And speaking of tax relief for big business, apparently the House wants to cut food to the poor to pay for handouts to big agra. Most farm subsidies are going to large corporations since most small family farms were forced out of business long ago. From what I’ve read insurance companies and people like Bill Gates own much of our farmland. We shouldn’t subsidize them because they don’t need it.

This is NOT the MAGA agenda.

  7. Trump’s drug EO is like many of his EOs a simple spectacle.

Biden passed an EO to lower drug prices. It did succeed in lowering insulin prices but also ran into issues regarding jurisdiction, etc. Trump repealed Biden’s rules but once insulin prices went up again he was under pressure to do something I’m sure Trump’s EO will run into similar problems of jurisdiction — in his first term, pharma took his EO to court and won.

There is an alternative — Sanders (I believe) has been introducing a bill in Congress forcing Medicare and Medicaid to use their bulk buying power to lower drug prices every year for at least a decade. But in a rare move of bipartisanship, both parties keep blocking it.

  8. Trump’s immigration crackdown is full of spectacle — Noem posing in front of an El Salvador prison cell is a perfect example — and also motivated by “owning the libs”. Sure, ICE is ignoring due process and kidnapping people off the streets but look at how upset the libs are….

The South Africa episode seems similar — bring in Afrikaneers, have them wave America flags, call them refugees, and then mock the liberals when they won’t go along with the spectacle.

South Africa is a violent place – but the violence suffered by Afrikaneer farmers is no different than farmers in general. Isolated farms with valuable machinery, technology etc are a natural target in a country with one of the highest rates of violent crime in the world. However, there is no gov’t polcy of discrimination. In fact, the gov’t has allowed Afrikaneers to establish white only villages. The “refugees” could’ve easily moved to a whites only village in South Africa rather than come to the US.

Genocide is taking place in the world today but its not in South Africa, its in Palestine. And if the US is looking for deserving immigrants, Afghans who worked for the US military and were approved for immigration, patiently following the rules, have yet to be allowed in to the US.

“Turns out the “teen” with “no criminal record” who Trump deported is a suspected TdA gang member who was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, loaded firearm on school grounds, criminal possession of stolen property, and unlawful possession of certain ammunition feeding devices.

    Will @RollingStone issue a retraction??”
