I’m home, they let me go after 4 hours in recovery. Dr said it went well. So now we wait and see if it works. Then I will need another surgery in 4 weeks or so, not nephrostomy, but some other kind of tubes thru the stoma. Yay.

We are supposed to get a big rain soon. My animal loving friend plans to pick up our golf umbrella to put over a nest of birds in her yard. I hope it protects more than scares. She helps take care of feral cats, too.

mumsee, so DUI and totaled truck are (I presume) related?
Hectic day, juggling phone calls, paying property tax online (with 3 tries), dealing with work computer issue (fixed), got a Friday appointment to take my old Mac Pro in to see if they can get it running again as it’s the only computer out of my 3 (work PC and newer Mac Air) that is connected to the printer which I need and use a lot (newer Mac Air is not compatible with the older Canon MG series printer I have).
So if I can get the older, limping-along Mac Pro up and running I can avoid, for now, having to buy a new printer.
Did I say that when I was weed eating yesterday I fell? I crawled to a stump to help me get up. Thankfully I fell backwards as forwards there was a five foot drop off.
So today I texted a guy to come do my property as it is not working for me to do it. He actually dropped by after work today. I showed him around and told him I actually would like him to come work once a month to keep it up. We will see.
I also walked the golf course as it is closed for aerating. Now my leg hurts. Good BSF this morning.
