  1. Prayer for husband as he goes to Lewiston to find out from whomever what his duties as supervisor are.

The court made him the only supervisor but did not tell him his duties or requirements.

the other grandmother has been told she is dying ( heart failure) and she had hoped to see the grandchildren at the long visit my daughter had agreed to. But daughter said it might snow so she would be late and then heard grandma wanted to see the children so canceled the court scheduled visit. Husband is trying to find out where we stand. It is confusing.

  2. Mumsee – I am a little confused by your comment. Does that mean that Daughter cancelled the scheduled visitation in order to have the dying grandmother see the children, or does it mean the dying grandmother would have seen them during the visitation and Daughter cancelled that. (The latter would be quite cruel, but that is what I think you were saying.)

Also, is she allowed to cancel court-mandated visitation? That does not sound right at all.

  3. Kizzie, and that is why husband went to visit the courthouse.

Daughter canceled because it is his mother and she hates him and his mom (and me) more than she cares about her children. Daughter has gone from wanting a simple divorce with completely shared custody even living together to raise the children after the divorce and no child support from either side before she had a lawyer to demanding and getting full custody and child support and dictating who can be around the children on visits or canceling court mandated visits. Sounds like contempt of court to me. And shenanigans to sway the court so severely.

  4. You are quick. Court clerk said she has no say in his court mandated visits as nothing is so stipulated in the decree. If brought before the court, she would be in contempt.

  5. Praying for Jo’s recovery. I hope all is going well. Probably busy with eye drops♡

Continuing prayers, Mumsee. It is confusion. Prayers for God’s peace to reign over all, and resolution to be swift for Mr. M to know what he needs to do.

Praise that my new doc had the Cener for the Visually Impaired call me and set up an appointment. They have lots of resources, an occupatoonal therapist, and every imaginable aid in the store. So grateful the doc was proactive in making this happen.
