1 My heart is not proud, Lord,
my eyes are not haughty;
I do not concern myself with great matters
or things too wonderful for me.
2 But I have calmed and quieted myself,
I am like a weaned child with its mother;
like a weaned child I am content.
3 Israel, put your hope in the Lord
both now and forevermore.
Wandering Views 
My cousin D is in the hospital and not expected to live. He is 79 and has been sick so it’s not completely shocking. However this downward turn was not immediately expected and wife, children, great grands are upset. Dad is upset, altho he doesn’t show it. D is a faithful follower of Jesus and there will be a large hole in the family without him.

Prayers for D and family. Such a difficult time for it to occur. May God’s peace be felt by all who are on watch and feel sad over this.
