  1. In continuing from my comment yesterday–one of the best things I enjoy about summer is the light. So much light as compared to the wintertime. It definitely improves my mood.

NJ, those jets are so loud! I only hear them while near a base and, usually, in my car. I can’t imagine having them fly over regularly!

  2. Janice – In case you didn’t see it, at the end of yesterday’s thread, Jo asked you how you share on Instagram, because she is having trouble doing so.

  3. I just reviewed yesterday’s posts and saw all about those familiar with frozen shoulder. Thank you all for the encouraging comments.

I just did my exercise and the shoulder had less stiffness thanks to the amount of stretching the PT lady applied yesterday. As time has passed, I have noticed a muscle in the shoulder feels a good bit larger than on the other side. At first I thought it was from building muscle through exercise. Then I realized it to be either inflammation or scar tissue from radiation so that was what prompted me to ask PT lady about frozen shoulder.

Thankfully at this point I have no pain except feel the”burn” when stretching at certain angles.

  4. Thanks, Kizzie.

Jo, my phone automatically includes Instagram in the options for sharing when I press that share icon. I am using a Samsung A-20, not an I-phone. Perhaps you can go to Settings, and click on Apps, then go to your Instagram App. See if you find anything there to change to open a pathway to share your photos. It could be a privacy setting, perhaps?

  5. A few years ago, I had a bad case of tendonitis in my left shoulder that turned into frozen shoulder, or something very like it. The tendonitis was painful enough without that!

When I went to the doctor, I was given a shot of cortisone in the shoulder joint which gradually eased it up. Took several days, although I was glad for the little bit of relief that came even before it was all better.

  6. I had a shot of cortisone in my joint, too. Hope I never have to do it again. I was thankful for the relief, however, of the pain I had for months.
