We need a praise so here is mine!!!! I didn’t have to add two zeros to what I owe in Federal taxes and I was pleasantly surprised by what I owe state. BIG SIGN of relief.
I’m here with a request again. Super busy day at home today, and there are still numerous things to get done before 5:00 — grocery shopping; to the library with the kids; making a phone call I don’t really want to make, but which would be better done sooner than later. Plus I’m still mulling over how to wrap up that piano business I mentioned on yesterday’s thread.
And on top of that, of all things, the “muse” has hit, and I have been at the piano some this morning, revising piano music I composed between 2004 and 2005, and trying to remember the song I was composing in a dream I had a few weeks ago, but didn’t have time to write down when I woke up, because that was another busy day, too…
Librarying and grocery shopping are done. $212 in groceries only cost me $12 with those wonderful gift cards I told you about yesterday! Yippee! 🙂
And hubby’s birthday presents are bought now, too. 🙂
Didn’t get the phone call made or a new song composed, but my heart’s singing tonight anyway — a good, productive day, and a nice full fridge. I’ll take it. 🙂
First Arrow has a good job lead for working in his degree field in IT. Someone in that department at his current employer asked son a bunch of questions today about what he had studied in school, and my son was able to answer yes to every question, and that he had had lots of practice studying/working on those things that would be part of this job.
Son sounds quite hopeful they will contact him again for a formal interview. Thank you for your prayers to that effect.

It’s even better. I misunderstood. What we get back from FED is just a little more than we owe state so it’s a wash!!!!!!!!!!!
