Prayer Requests 5-9-15

Anyone have something to share?

Psalm 136:1-9

¹O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever.

O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for ever.

To him who alone doeth great wonders: for his mercy endureth for ever.

To him that by wisdom made the heavens: for his mercy endureth for ever.

To him that stretched out the earth above the waters: for his mercy endureth for ever.

To him that made great lights: for his mercy endureth for ever:

The sun to rule by day: for his mercy endureth for ever:

The moon and stars to rule by night: for his mercy endureth for ever.

  1. My prayers this weekend for all in the blog family who have lost their mother. I don’t know your pain, but am sorry for your loss. May you feel God’s comfort tomorrow, especially if this is your first Mother’s Day without your mom, as I know it is for AJ. God bless you all.

  2. Please pray for a family who just lost the mom. Yesterday, a couple who used to go to our church (before moving to Texas) was in a serious car accident. The wife was killed, & the husband, Tom, is in the ICU. They have three elementary-age children (two girls, one boy).

  3. Updates & a new request:

***Dakotah is feeling better, but is upset to be in the hospital again. (She is six years old, & autistic, which explains some of her distress.)

***Turns out R was admitted to the hospital, but we’re not positive he was in the psych ward. He got out yesterday.

***A very sweet, dear friend was involved in an accident this morning on her way to church (she & her husband drive separate cars, as he has to leave a bit early for work). The accident involved her car with a motorcycle. Both people on the motorcycle were taken to the hospital with injuries, one was “Life Starred” (airlifted). Renee was not injured, but is badly shaken up, as you may imagine. Praying the two injured will pull through with no lasting complications, & for peace for Renee.
