Psalm 136

¹O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

²O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever.

³O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for ever.

⁴To him who alone doeth great wonders: for his mercy endureth for ever.

⁵To him that by wisdom made the heavens: for his mercy endureth for ever.

⁶To him that stretched out the earth above the waters: for his mercy endureth for ever.

⁷To him that made great lights: for his mercy endureth for ever:

⁸The sun to rule by day: for his mercy endureth for ever:

⁹The moon and stars to rule by night: for his mercy endureth for ever.

¹⁰To him that smote Egypt in their firstborn: for his mercy endureth for ever:

The little folk are off to VBS again. This time two of the olders are there to help out where they can. And only three of the youngers went as one was taken away by a friend to help with weedeating. This guy has been a friend for years, helping us in various ways to get where we are. He was a foster parent for thirty years before we came along. I work on their character and he works on their character in the work place. It has been an effective team thus far. Prayer that God will be made visible in the hearts of these children. Thanks.

I have a godson, Nick, who has had a terrible up-bringing. I will not get into specifics about that. He is currently in the hospital. He has diabetes and came close to losing his foot. He needs to come to know the Lord mostly. He has a terrible attitude, is immature and lashing out at the people who have sacrificed for him and love him best. Please pray for him and his sister who has had a big wake-up call about her own choices.
