Prayer Requests 5-31-14

Who has a request or praise they’d like to share?

Psalm 119:1-19

¹Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord.

Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.

They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.

Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.

O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!

Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.

I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.

I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.

Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.

10 With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.

11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

12 Blessed art thou, O Lord: teach me thy statutes.

13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.

14 I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches.

15 I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.

16 I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.

17 Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word.

18 Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.

19 I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.

  1. Prayers appreciated for little Seth, one of the quints. He is in the hospital in California, where they went for a wedding. He has pneumonia and possibly something else. They have tickets to fly to PNG on Saturday the 8th, along with 4 extra adults.
Please pray for healing for this sweet little guy. He was in the hospital twice last August, but not since then.

Please help Seth to quickly recover. And also help Madison in her recovery from surgery. It is so difficult when little children suffer. Their parents feel every little pain. Help them.

I lift up Kim, Lord. She has need for Your help with something that You are aware of. She feels troubled and looks to You as her source of help. Please let her see You active making correction and healing any form of hurt or wound.

Please bless all those at the nest. You know the varying needs. Please keep them all on track with You.

  5. I should have thought to post this earlier, but better late than never. . .

Emily & R go to court tomorrow to finalize the custody agreement they came to with her lawyer. Pray it will go smoothly, please.

Emily thinks they should be in & out of there pretty quickly, unless R decides to throw a wrench into the works. If that should happen, she is prepared with the logs we have both kept, showing that of the 29 times that R should have had Forrest, he only took him six times. Color-coding the dates makes a dramatic point.
