Prayer for husband as his father is in the ER with a rapid heart rate and inability to stand, and husband has a job interview in half an hour with the folk in Toronto. Meantime, he is rushing daughter off to basketball practice.
You are our Almighty help in times of need. You have blessed us with knowledge of You based on Scripture, based on seeing Your creative power through nature, based on seeing You active in our own and the lives of others and based on miracles large and small that could not possibly happen without Your hand at work.
I ask today for You to bless in major ways Mumsee’s family. Help Mike to be able to focus and do a good job even as his heart feels tugged at by concerns over his father. I pray for healing miracles if that is a possibility according to Your carefully designed plans. Please help all of Mumsee’s family to be well during this season when susceptibility to virus bugs seems to escalate. Please give all the family stamina and hearts desirous of peace and harmony. I prsy all the children will find their studies to be of interest and that they would be inspired to be life long learners. Thank You Abba, the One Who never withholds love for His children. You are greatly loved and adored by Mumsee’s Nest family. They glorify You through efforts toward redemption of the ones who have been hurt almost beyond repair. But God, You are the only One Who makes those transformation miracles possible. Bless You a thousand times a thouand, Abba, for all You do in this world full of need. In Jesus’name, Amen
For the first time in a week, twelve year old was back to her typical self. No yelling. Whew. Everybody appreciates it.
Interview went well. Now it looks like we need to work out the logistics of having him gone for an extended period of time again. Ick. But it is what we do.
The FIL seems to be doing well. Sounds like some meds got a bit out of control and things should come back together for him.
Sounds good, Mumsee (most of it). I’ll be praying the extended period of time Idaho Mike is gone will not be too long, and for things to go as well as they can in his absence.
I would appreciate prayers tonight. I have a horrible backache right now. Too much lifting and carrying heavy things today. Up and down the steps nine times with them. I should have asked for help, but everyone was on other projects today, and now I’m paying for it. Live and learn, I guess.
Father I ask that you be with 6 arrows and give her relief from the pain. Help her to have sweet rest tonight. May she know how to take care of herself and feel the healing that only you can give. May her family help out while mom is not doing well. Use this time of pain to speak to her in quietness.
Thank you, Jo. I just iced my back for 20 minutes or so, and it is feeling somewhat better. Thanking God for that measure of relief, and for your praying for me. I appreciate it.
