Prayer Requests 11-30-21

Let’s keep 6 Arrows and her family in prayer as they grieve the loss of her mother in law.

Psalm 114

¹When Israel came out of Egypt,
Jacob from a people of foreign tongue,
²Judah became God’s sanctuary,
Israel his dominion.

³The sea looked and fled,
the Jordan turned back;
⁴the mountains leaped like rams,
the hills like lambs.

⁵Why was it, sea, that you fled?
Why, Jordan, did you turn back?
⁶Why, mountains, did you leap like rams,
you hills, like lambs?

⁷Tremble, earth, at the presence of the Lord,
at the presence of the God of Jacob,
⁸who turned the rock into a pool,
the hard rock into springs of water.

MIL was blessed to be able to meet and hold her newest great-grandchild earlier this month. There is a sweet picture 2nd Arrow or her hubby took of their newborn cradled in the arms of her great grandmother on the latter’s 86th birthday.

I would like to specifically request prayer for one of MIL’s grandchildren. My nephew M grew up nearby my MIL and FIL, and spent many weekends of his younger years with my MIL as his caregiver when his parents were traveling to shows with their DJ business.

MIL was like a second mother to M. M’s mom passed away 15 months ago, and now his “second mom” has, as well.

M is not a Christian. Please pray for him in this time of mourning, and that he will come to know the peace found in Christ alone.

Thankful for the sweet moments to be cherished with the granddaughter in photos…and praying M will be comforted with those moments he shared with his grandparents. Oh that he will truly see the blessings of those moments wrought out in his life by the Hand of the Father…and that M will be drawn to know Him ♥️
