Anyone have something to share?

Psalm 63

A psalm of David. 

1 You, God, are my God,
    earnestly I seek you;
   I thirst for you,
    my whole being longs for you,
   in a dry and parched land
    where there is no water.

2 I have seen you in the sanctuary
    and beheld your power and your glory.
3 Because your love is better than life,
    my lips will glorify you.
4 I will praise you as long as I live,
    and in your name I will lift up my hands.
5 I will be fully satisfied as with the richest of foods;
    with singing lips my mouth will praise you.

6 On my bed I remember you;
    I think of you through the watches of the night.
7 Because you are my help,
    I sing in the shadow of your wings.
8 I cling to you;
    your right hand upholds me.

9 Those who want to kill me will be destroyed;
    they will go down to the depths of the earth.
10 They will be given over to the sword
    and become food for jackals.

11 But the king will rejoice in God;
    all who swear by God will glory in him,
    while the mouths of liars will be silenced.

  1. I am having some bad effects after having the third Covid shot. I had those after the second one. Fever, tiredness, weakness and pain in my legs.

  3. Prayer for Mike as he seems to have come down with something. He is not looking well. But thinks he needs to keep on going. I told him he needs to let twenty suffer the consequences for her decisions rather than picking up the pieces all the time. He agreed, so he must be feeling quite poorly.

  4. Just did my weekly online check of my bank accounts and found several fraudulent charges made that add up to almost $2000, and then about $148 in overdraft fees. 😦

    I have contacted the bank via internal message. Please pray that this can be resolved quickly, and that my money will be reimbursed. Also, please pray for calm in my spirit as I await resolution to this. I feel a little sick to my stomach over this. Thank you.

  7. After calming down a bit, I realized that I needed to call (rather than wait on the internal message to be replied to) and probably cancel my debit card.

    Although I had some trouble at times understanding the lady (I explained about having trouble hearing on the phone, and she was gracious about it), we were able to deal with it in the call. She saw that the charges were indeed from my debit card, and is cancelled my card and issuing me a new one. The charges and the overdraft fees will most likely be reimbursed after an investigation.

    Phew! I feel so much better to have that taken care of. (You may remember how nervous I get about having to make calls on important matters due to my hearing issue.)

  11. Prayer for husband who is quite unwell this morning. He needs to get over it so he can get his second infusion next week. I don’t know what happens if he can’t get the infusion in the window they say he needs it.

  13. Prayers for fifteen year old. He has had to hit his nebulizer twice today, no other symptoms. His inhaler has not been sufficient. He rarely uses either. The nebulizer has only been used in the past when he had cold symptoms as well.
