Across America, stores in urban areas are being boarded up in anticipation of rioting following tomorrow’s election. It isn’t disappointed Trump voters store owners are worried about. They are taking precautions because they think President Trump may win.
Democratic leaders, meanwhile, are increasingly nervous. Turnout in heavily Democratic areas of several states has been unexpectedly light. No one is enthusiastic about Joe Biden, while Trump is drawing unprecedented crowds and generating lots of excitement. It seems that in response, the Democrats are formulating a strategy to excuse their defeat and to try to seize power. This morning, Trump’s deputy campaign manager Justin Clark sent out this “Trump campaign statement on Democrat plans to delegitimize Election Day results.”
Democrats are panicking because Joe Biden has not run up a large enough lead in early votes in battleground states and they know that President Trump’s in-person votes on Election Day will make up the difference and propel him to victory. Biden’s political operatives have already been distributing talking points and research to delegitimize Election Day results by coaching surrogates to refer to the President’s Election Day success as a ‘Red Mirage.’ The operatives are advising surrogates and media to create a smoke screen by casting blame all around – imagining postal delays or falsely claiming that mail-in ballots that have simply not been returned should be considered legitimate votes that need to be counted. None of this will be true, but it will be held up as proof that President Trump’s victory is a so-called ‘Red Mirage.’ No one should fall for it.
We are aware that Democrats have already cut television ads they are prepared to deploy to further cement the ‘Red Mirage’ misinformation, seeking to convince people that all Joe Biden would need for victory is more time, extending well beyond Election Day. At the same time, we fully anticipate that Democrats will be in court arguing to extend deadlines for accepting and counting votes mailed and received well past deadlines enacted by individual state laws. Americans should remember that Biden has assembled a massive team of lawyers who will try to loosen election integrity so they can steal this election, and also recall that Hillary Clinton advised Biden not to concede defeat ‘under any circumstances.’ The last gasp of the Biden campaign will be ugly and it will be ruthless.”

It appears to me that most voters fall into two categories, all concern Trump.

I should also point out Kavanaugh’s latest judgment further reduced the credibility — he misrepresented a Vermont election law and had to correct his opinion; a mistake he could have easily avoided if he had googled it. And in the same judgment, he wrote that to count votes later in the process might “flip” an election — as Kagan pointed out; you can’t flip an election if its not over and its not over unless you count all the votes. Barrett’s actions post swearing in also did not help — twice she appeared with Trump in campaign style events. Even Republican pundits questioned her judgment — she no longer needed Trump; why give the appearance of bias. Democrats called for her to recuse herself in Trump related court cases prior to these events, and you can be sure these incidents will be the first ones mentioned.
Biden will win the popular vote by 5-7 million and most of these voters do not view the Supreme Court as a credible body.
If you’ve voted, great! Can you please call a friend? Spend a little time getting friends, fams, and folks out to the polls. We don’t have all of the votes we need quite yet. So, help a friend (even a brand new friend) vote. Right now would be awesome.
The map at Fox shows 109 electoral votes “called” for Trump, 129 for Biden. A bunch more maps are light pink or baby blue (Texas and Florida both pink at the moment, as is Michigan–Texas was light blue earlier, but I was surprised at that, as that seems almost a given for Trump). The western states haven’t closed polls yet, so they mostly are still white, but of course most of those will go for Biden. But if Trump gets all the one that have been called for him, plus all the “pink” ones, that gets him to 279 (he needs 270), and that’s before any of the western states. So he could afford to lose one of the pink ones, probably any of them except Florida or Texas. So Florida might be the decisive vote again.
Oh, and the Vegas odds, which had favored Biden by anywhere from 74% to 60%, has now flipped those odds. Trump is now the favored to win with a 64% chance. 🙂

Cant tell you how many private conversations I've had, both in person and online, this past week in which Trump voters told me they expect him to win because so many ppl they know are voting for him, but refuse to tell pollsters & others bec they fear retribution. #StasiDemocrats
Frank Luntz explained that nicely earlier. He says in those light blue and pink states the early voting was mostly Dems, and those votes were counted first, so they showed an imperfect picture of the state. Now that the in person votes are coming in, the states are blushing and turning red. 🙂
Penn stopped counting their mail in votes. And will resume at 9 am. So im off to bed as that will decide it looks like Arizona but not NC. Im optimistic my win270 map will work. Michigan also needs to count their mail in votes yet.

And while it’s still not clear, in fact it could still very much go either way (and legal action will surely be part of all this), I’m seeing some folks on social media declaring they’ll be moving to Canada, another person saying she is trying to “step away from the ledge.” LAPD is bracing for possible civil unrest, they have already closed off one part of the city tonight.
It’s after 1:00 here. I don’t think we’ll have any certainty tonight. Just saw James Carville talking about how optimistic he is (gonna rescue the country), and I have no idea whether the absentee ballot votes will change any states that have been called. Certainly it looks like the numbers are there for Trump, but I can’t see behind the scenes at all. I’ll probably be up another half hour or so. I do like to “know” before I go to bed, but I suspect that isn’t possible tonight.
I went to bed as usual, since nothing was going to be finished last night. I found it interesting to hear this morning from someone on Facebook, that every single race, that was voted on in person, in our township was won by the Republican. He does not know about the absentee ballots. That is a huge change around here.

Fox is calling NC for Trump now too. Georgia and Ohio won’t be long either.
PA will of course try to defraud the country and we won’t know until Friday.

The map at Fox shows 109 electoral votes “called” for Trump, 129 for Biden. A bunch more maps are light pink or baby blue (Texas and Florida both pink at the moment, as is Michigan–Texas was light blue earlier, but I was surprised at that, as that seems almost a given for Trump). The western states haven’t closed polls yet, so they mostly are still white, but of course most of those will go for Biden. But if Trump gets all the one that have been called for him, plus all the “pink” ones, that gets him to 279 (he needs 270), and that’s before any of the western states. So he could afford to lose one of the pink ones, probably any of them except Florida or Texas. So Florida might be the decisive vote again.

Oh, and the Vegas odds, which had favored Biden by anywhere from 74% to 60%, has now flipped those odds. Trump is now the favored to win with a 64% chance. 🙂

Frank Luntz explained that nicely earlier. He says in those light blue and pink states the early voting was mostly Dems, and those votes were counted first, so they showed an imperfect picture of the state. Now that the in person votes are coming in, the states are blushing and turning red. 🙂

Penn stopped counting their mail in votes. And will resume at 9 am. So im off to bed as that will decide it looks like Arizona but not NC. Im optimistic my win270 map will work. Michigan also needs to count their mail in votes yet.
But yeah no winner tonight try tomorrow night

Anyone going to bed tonight? It’s only about 10 p.m. here — dogs are walked, I’m in for the duration, at least until midnight, I’d guess.
And while it’s still not clear, in fact it could still very much go either way (and legal action will surely be part of all this), I’m seeing some folks on social media declaring they’ll be moving to Canada, another person saying she is trying to “step away from the ledge.” LAPD is bracing for possible civil unrest, they have already closed off one part of the city tonight.

It’s after 1:00 here. I don’t think we’ll have any certainty tonight. Just saw James Carville talking about how optimistic he is (gonna rescue the country), and I have no idea whether the absentee ballot votes will change any states that have been called. Certainly it looks like the numbers are there for Trump, but I can’t see behind the scenes at all. I’ll probably be up another half hour or so. I do like to “know” before I go to bed, but I suspect that isn’t possible tonight.

I went to bed as usual, since nothing was going to be finished last night. I found it interesting to hear this morning from someone on Facebook, that every single race, that was voted on in person, in our township was won by the Republican. He does not know about the absentee ballots. That is a huge change around here.
