“A“ballot broker” boasts about keeping hundreds of absentee ballots in his car trunk. He brags about them being filled in by people other than the voters. Often, money changes hands. Witnesses tie the rampant fraud to the campaign chairman of a prominent member of the radical “squad” in the U.S. House. Loose election laws allow people to come from out of state, vote, and then leave again.
This activity is really happening in America in 2020, and it’s been captured on video by guerrilla filmmaker James O’Keefe. Some of it could be coming to swing states near you if something isn’t done.
A concerted effort is being made to use the coronavirus as an excuse to transform how we vote in elections by shifting to mail-in or absentee ballots. We are told that democracy will be improved if we allow ballots to be handled outside the scrutiny of election officials — and that there is almost no voter fraud, so what’s to worry about?
Common sense and election observers argue against any sudden shift. “Absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud,” concluded the bipartisan Commission on Federal Election Reform, co-chaired by former President Jimmy Carter. Allowing such ballots “increases the risks of fraud and of contested elections.””
“Project Veritas Finds Ilhan Omar Connected to Cash-for-Ballots Harvesting Scheme
“The source said, ‘[Gainey], who’s working in Ilhan’s campaign is the one who is managing the voting place. They bring them. They line them. They put the open ballots in there and then they take them in and say, ‘Here,’ and the people mark [the ballots].’”
“Project Veritas found Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) connections to a cash-for-ballots harvesting scheme.
The ballot harvesting scheme operates in three locations: Riverside Plaza apartments, senior citizen community at Horn Towers, and Minneapolis Elections and Voter Services office at 980 E. Hennepin Ave.
The last location “also functions as a voting location and ballot drop-off site.”
Omar Connection
A former political worker said that Ali Isse Gainey, Omar’s campaign manager, is a key player:
The source said, “[Gainey], who’s working in Ilhan’s campaign is the one who is managing the voting place. They bring them. They line them. They put the open ballots in there and then they take them in and say, ‘Here,’ and the people mark [the ballots].”
The practice is pervasive she said.
“They’re accepting temporary addresses; they’re accepting all kind of shenanigans,” she said.
“People that are showing their ID: ‘I moved 30 days ago, my ID’s not come back.’ ‘OK, just give us the last four of your social and tell us the address,’ and then somebody else will say ‘Yeah.’ They will send people who are helping them vote and saying: ‘Yeah, I can vouch for this madness,’” she said.
The worker expressed frustration that Omar’s crew “perfected” voter fraud and taken advantage of the Somali community:”

Liberals on social media are questioning whether two children adopted by President Trump’s expected Supreme Court nominee, Judge Amy Coney Barrett, were adopted legitimately — as Senate Republicans leaped to defend her.
“Some adoptions from Haiti were legit. Many were sketchy as hell,” wrote a Democratic activist and former Capitol Hill staffer, Dana Houle, in a since-deleted tweet on Friday. “Would it matter if her kids were scooped up by ultra-religious Americans, or … when there was family in Haiti?”
Another left-wing activist, John Lee Brougher of the NextGen America PAC, added fuel to the fire.
“As an adoptee, I need to know more about the circumstances of how Amy Coney Barrett came to adopt her children, and the treatment of them since,” Brougher wrote, according to Breitbart News. “Transracial adoption is fraught with trauma and potential for harm.” Brougher’s tweet has also been removed.
Houle’s tweet served as cannon fodder for Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton, who has set up a campaign-style online “war room” to combat Democrats’ attacks.
“Disgusting,” Cotton responded in a tweet that was amplified on his Supreme Court War Room website. “The left now smearing Amy Coney Barrett for adopting children.”
“It was the most predictable thing in the world that Democrats would attack Amy Coney Barrett’s children,” Cotton posted Saturday.”
“I don’t even know where to begin with the story on President Donald Trump’s tax returns in The New York Times. There is so much wrong with it that someone like me, with no accounting or tax background, can figure out the article is worthless.
But how about the three media conspiracy theories debunked by the story?
Audit
Trump has said for a while that he did not want to release his tax returns due to an audit by the IRS.
Did he lie? Nope. The NYT admitted that Trump is in “a decade-long audit battle with the Internal Revenue Service over the legitimacy of a $72.9 million tax refund that he claimed, and received, after declaring huge losses.”
Sure he could have released it. Trump said he could not, but it’s not against the law to release tax returns during an audit.
But the fact is Trump did not lie when he said the IRS was auditing him (emphasis mine):
And while the records do not lay out all the details of the audit, they match his lawyers’ statement during the 2016 campaign that audits of his returns for 2009 and subsequent years remained open, and involved “transactions or activities that were also reported on returns for 2008 and earlier.”
Michael Cohen
The media and the left wanted the tax returns because they were certain it would have information about a $130,000 payment to porn star Stormy Daniels. Nope:
The data contains no new revelations about the $130,000 payment to Stephanie Clifford, the actress who performs as Stormy Daniels — a focus of the Manhattan district attorney’s subpoena for Mr. Trump’s tax returns and other financial information. Mr. Trump has acknowledged reimbursing his former lawyer, Michael D. Cohen, who made the payoff, but the materials obtained by The Times did not include any itemized payments to Mr. Cohen. The amount, however, could have been improperly included in legal fees written off as a business expense, which are not required to be itemized on tax returns.
Russia, Russia, Russia
The tax returns did not have any new financial connections to Russia:
No subject has provoked more intense speculation about Mr. Trump’s finances than his connection to Russia. While the tax records revealed no previously unknown financial connection — and, for the most part, lack the specificity required to do so — they did shed new light on the money behind the 2013 Miss Universe pageant in Moscow, a subject of enduring intrigue because of subsequent investigations into Russia’s interference in the 2016 election.
But overall, the NYT proves one thing: Trump has great accountants who make sure he takes advantage of all the deductibles available to him.
Don’t like it? Get a better accountant. Still not satisfied? Then repeal the 16th amendment and get rid of taxes.”
There’s so much wrong here. This is sloppy work, even by today’s horrible “journalistic standards.”
Read that closely. Trump PAID, as in transferred to the US Treasury, $1 million in 2016 and $4.2 million in 2017. Note also that most of the overpayment was rolled forward, not refunded. The $750 figure is an ADDITIONAL $750. Thus every single story saying he paid $750 is a lie.
The claim that Trump paid only $750 in Federal taxes in 2016 and 2017 is thus a complete and total lie which is easily disproven by the Times own story. I mind when people lie. I mind more when people lie to me about something I can disprove in minutes.
Did you see it? The years of employee compensation? So the NYT was given compensation information for people who are not Donald Trump. Yeah, that right there should make everyone spit fire from their eyes. What the hell right does the NYT have to employee compensation?

Honestly the dentist drilled a hole in my bone and placed a screw in that bone this morning….that was less painful than watching this “debate” tonight!!
Yeah, I was thinking the “turn off the mic” option could be a very good idea.
Overall I think Biden won. Trump seemed out of control in the interruptions, and way too often he didn’t answer the question. Other times he answered the question, but not with clarity. I do wonder if anyone recorded the personal insults from Biden. “Liar” and “clown” are the two I caught, and I don’t think it’s useful to descend to that level when talking about your opponent.
My husband doesn’t watch debates. During the debate I told him they started with a very funny line–telling us that the candidates weren’t going to shake hands because of COVID-19, when we knew they really weren’t going to shake hands because they’d be close enough to stab or strangle each other. At the end I told him, “No to both of them.” Really,if this is the best we can do, we’re in trouble. If they want to just go at it with no rules, fine. But standards of politeness should still apply. And if they agree to rules, at least pretend to try to keep them.

During the debate I told him they started with a very funny line–telling us that the candidates weren’t going to shake hands because of COVID-19, when we knew they really weren’t going to shake hands because they’d be close enough to stab or strangle each other.
