“Dems’ Selective Outrage Over Foreign-Sourced Oppo Research on Full Display”

“The selective outrage from the left surrounding foreign interference in U.S. elections is beyond hypocritical — it’s absurd.

Take President Trump’s interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos on Wednesday. When asked by the TV anchor if his campaign would accept information from foreign nations, including China or Russia, that could damage his opponent, Trump said, “I think you might want to listen. There’s nothing wrong with listening.” He continued. “If somebody called from a country, Norway — ‘We have information on your opponent’ — oh, I think I’d want to hear it.”

The president downplayed the notion that such a gesture amounts to foreign election interference.

The response, however, from scores of Democratic presidential hopefuls was piercing. They excoriated Trump’s comments, with several candidates amplifying calls for impeachment. Frontrunner Joe Biden tweeted: “President Trump is once again welcoming foreign interference in our elections. This isn’t about politics. It is a threat to our national security. An American President should not seek their aid and abet those who seek to undermine democracy.”

    ————————

“Many other prominent Democrats, lawmakers and biased media made similar utterances.

Of course, there was no such outrage from the left or the #FakeNewsMedia when the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign paid millions for Russian disinformation against Donald Trump. Former British spy Christopher Steele procured the propaganda from foreign “informants” for what’s known as the “dirty dossier.” That foreign-sourced opposition research wasn’t just obtained and listened to by Team Hillary. It was used by former FBI Director James Comey, Democratic lawmakers and the highest echelons of the justice system to derail the Trump campaign and current administration via counterintelligence investigations and other underhanded tactics.

    Two sets of rules? Clearly.

Then there’s former President Barack Obama’s Department of Justice, which used the foreign-sourced dossier — despite it being unverified and salacious, per James Comey — to obtain FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign and launch several ongoing investigations into the administration.

Democrats aren’t bothered by any of that, as they only care about foreign meddling in our democracy and elections when it hurts them politically. When it benefits them, however, they look the other way.”

“Bernie Sanders’ ‘Economic Bill Of Rights’ Taken Nearly Verbatim From Stalin’s 1936 Soviet Constitution”

“On Wednesday, 2020 hopeful Bernie Sanders delivered a major speech about Democratic Socialism.

Sanders understands that many Americans view the term “socialist” as a “slur” and sought the opportunity to clear up some of the myths and allow us to see how great socialism really can be.

Sanders devotes most of his speech to railing about the oligarchs and warning us about how dangerous Trump is, all the while positioning himself as the solution Americans have been searching for. He told supporters, “In 1944, FDR proposed an economic bill of rights but died a year later and was never able to fulfill that vision.” Sanders then presented himself as a modern day FDR and said he hopes to complete the work which FDR began.

Finally, Sanders introduces the centerpiece of his platform, which he calls “a 21st Century Economic Bill of Rights.”

However, there’s something deeply disturbing about Sanders’ proposal. In an appearance on Hannity, political commentator and historian Mark Levin points out that Sanders has “stolen his agenda from the 1936 Soviet Constitution.”

“DOJ SAYS HOUSE DEMOCRAT’S REQUEST FOR TRUMP TAXES RAISES ‘SERIOUS RISK OF ABUSE’”

“The Justice Department on Friday backed Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin in a battle with Congress over the release of President Donald Trump’s tax returns.

In a 33-page opinion, the head of the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel, Steven A. Engel, said a request made by the House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Richard Neal on April 3 for Trump’s tax returns “raised a serious risk of abuse.”

“The Chairman’s request that Treasury turn over the President’s tax returns, for the apparent purpose of making them public, amounted to an unprecedented use of the Committee’s authority and raised a serious risk of abuse,” wrote Engel. ”

    ——

“Trump’s personal attorneys pushed back against the request, arguing Neal sought the tax returns for political reasons. And in a May 6 letter, Mnuchin rejected Neal’s request, calling it “unprecedented,” and saying it “presents serious constitutional questions, the resolution of which may have lasting consequences for all taxpayers.”

“Alex Jones offers $1M reward as FBI investigates child pornography planted on his Infowars server”

“The FBI has informed Alex Jones someone planted child pornography on the servers for his Infowars website and on Friday the controversial radio host offered a $1 million reward for any information leading to an arrest.

Federal authorities have been conducting a child pornography investigation for several weeks after they reviewed emailed threats made against Jones that contained links to child pornography websites, according to his attorney Norm Pattis.

Pattis appeared on Jones’ show late Friday afternoon to discuss the incident. But before he did Jones went on a five-minute, profanity-laced rant announcing the reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of whoever infiltrated the his company’s servers.

“Someone is trying to set me up with child pornography and we’re going to find you,” Jones said.

Pattis said he was notified a few weeks ago by the company that is reviewing all of the emails Infowars receives that there were 12 suspicious ones that appeared to be threats against Jones but actually contained child pornography.

“These were emails that if you, me or one of your workers had opened we would have been subjected to five years in federal prison,” Pattis said.”

“When I Was A Pregnant Teen Sleeping With Older Men, Planned Parenthood Failed Me

Planned Parenthood covers up statutory rape, leaves vulnerable women in abusive situations, and tells them their lives are better without their babies. I know because they did it to me.”

“Planned Parenthood is bad for babies. It’s the nation’s largest abortion provider, ending the lives of 332,757 unborn Americans in 2018. It isn’t just bad for babies, but also for women. Planned Parenthood covers up statutory rape, lies to women, leaves vulnerable women in abusive situations, and tells women that their lives are better without their babies and children.

I know all of this because I am one of the women who went to Planned Parenthood for help. Instead, I was further hurt at a time I was most vulnerable.

When I was in high school, I started going to Planned Parenthood for birth control and health care. I was open with them about my risk factors for birth control: primarily that I was smoking heavily, which increases the risk of stroke when combined with hormonal birth control. They didn’t reprimand me or warn me about the potential negative consequences of being a smoker on birth control.

I was honest with Planned Parenthood workers about the age gaps between me and my partners—gaps that put my relationships in violation of my state’s statutory rape laws. No Planned Parenthood worker ever asked me if I felt safe in these relationships (the answer would have been no) or reported them as a mandatory reporter. Nor did any of the practitioners tell me about the risks of having multiple partners. In failing to do so, they shirked their responsibility to me, a woman in need.

By providing me “health care” but not addressing the unsafe situations in my life, they did little to ensure I was actually healthy or cared for as a whole woman. With so much time spent defending Planned Parenthood and their “important” role in women’s health care, where is the care for girls like me?

Having birth control without any adults in my life knowing about it and having the ability to take myself for STD testing (also without parental knowledge or consent) didn’t make me safer. Instead, it allowed me a false sense of security. I thought I was protected from the worst consequences of the regular drugs and partying that offered nothing but empty joy and growing darkness for those involved.”
