Anyone have something to share?
Psalm 119:25-32
ד Daleth
25 I am laid low in the dust;
preserve my life according to your word.
26 I gave an account of my ways and you answered me;
teach me your decrees.
27 Cause me to understand the way of your precepts,
that I may meditate on your wonderful deeds.
28 My soul is weary with sorrow;
strengthen me according to your word.
29 Keep me from deceitful ways;
be gracious to me and teach me your law.
30 I have chosen the way of faithfulness;
I have set my heart on your laws.
31 I hold fast to your statutes, Lord;
do not let me be put to shame.
32 I run in the path of your commands,
for you have broadened my understanding.
I think I told you before about Psalm 119.
Each section starts with a letter of the Hebrew alphabet. And each line starts with that letter. for instance, v25-32 start with daleth, and would read something like”
25 Dust has been my bed…..
26 Decrees of yours have led me….
27 Declare to my…..
etc. It takes someone smarter than me to finish this.

Husband was running a million miles an hour in all directions as he was getting ready to go trucking. Off to Atlanta this time. He still does not see how he has time for trucking and everything else. Wisdom.

Pray that I would be responsive to the Holy Spirit’s lead tonight when I speak.
Apparently this may be a bigger event than I thought.
Curiously, I’m not the slightest worried.
Other than the usual clothing situation. Sigh!

I’m sitting outside reviewing the slides with a bird feeder nearby.
I haven’t seen cardinals since my last visit to the East Coast years ago.
Praise God for the splendor of his creativity!

Knee is aching, thanks, from standing too long. Talk is on the usual, Biddy, Oswald Chambers and My Utmost for His Highest, with PowerPoint.
I was at Immanuel Bible Church in DC tonight, about 100 people. They held a conference here over the weekend and accidentally sold out Mrs. OC, so I didn’t have a book signing table.
I speak 3 times next week, same subject.
It went well, but too long. I forgot to check the time when I started, so I’m embarrassed, but no one seemed to mind.
But still . . .
Thanks for prayers.
Conversations have been rich and fun, but also tearful. I cannot tell you how much it means to talk with women dear to my heart with whom, at different times and places, I have been so close.
They weep with me over Ava, rejoice over the new baby, ask about my other kids, share their joys and sorrows. I am so very blessed.
We each have special memories about each other– some a really funny. 🙂
