Prayer Requests 5-19-18

Anyone have something to share?

Psalm 100

Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.
Worship the Lord with gladness;
    come before him with joyful songs.
Know that the Lord is God.
    It is he who made us, and we are his;
    we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.

Enter his gates with thanksgiving
    and his courts with praise;
    give thanks to him and praise his name.
For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;
    his faithfulness continues through all generations.

  1. Well, the lady daughter saw yesterday decided to change her meds as what she is taking does not seem to be effective. It has helped with the hallucinations and nightmares so she is keeping some and adding four more. I don’t know why, I was in the waiting room. I am to expect much more aggression the first week and then it should start helping. Hmmm
    Prayers for wisdom and patience. That my heart would be filled with His love to pass on to her.

  2. An update from Ann:

    She is still not feeling well. As it was suggested she may need another surgery, she is getting a second opinion, and is trying a new medication.

    Remember the homeless cousin she found last year? He has been staying with her while her husband travels, and has become a trusted friend. He also cleans her house really well, so she is paying him to do that once a week.

  3. How wonderful about the cousin. Thanks for the update. Praying she does not have to go through another surgery. A pastor in our town whom I’m friends with on FB has been posting about his wife going through a horrendous gall bladder removal surgery (stones and a nasty infection). She’d gone in when they figured she might have food poisoning, but it turned into quite the complicated event. Doctors said it’s good they caught it when they did.

  4. Please pray against discouragement. This class is difficult and now they have put a new girl in my class who is not ready at all. They just didn’t want to put her in preschool. It is a battle at times. May I finish these last fifteen days well. And somehow love the difficult ones.
