  1. Huh. I was told vote fraud was a myth, yet here are more examples.

    http://breaking911.com/fbi-investigating-dead-people-registered-vote-swing-state/

“The FBI and local police are investigating how at least 19 dead Virginians were recently re-registered to vote in this critical swing state.

One case came to light after relatives of a deceased man received a note congratulating him for registering, Rockingham County Commonwealth’s Attorney Marsha Garst said Thursday.
“His family members were very distraught,” said Garst, who confirmed the existence of the FBI and police investigation but said she could provide few details because the case is ongoing.

All 19 were initially registered as voters in the Shenandoah Valley city of Harrisonburg, Virginia, which is roughly 130 miles from Washington, D.C., although a clerk double-checking the entries later raised questions about one. She recognized the name of Richard Allen Claybrook Sr., who died in 2014 at age 87, because his son is a well-known local judge. She happened to recall that the judge’s father had died.

“He was a retired Fairfax County elementary school principal and had fought in World War II,” said his son, retired Harrisonburg General District Court Judge Richard Allen Claybrook Jr. “So our family is very disgusted that they would pick his name because he was such a law-abiding citizen devoted to public service.”

All of the forms had been submitted by a private group that was working to register voters on the campus of James Madison University, according to the Harrisonburg registrar’s office. The group was not identified. No charges have been filed.”

And since they won’t name the group, you can bet they’re a Democrat operation.

  2. Well why would they? I mean it’s not like we have a problem with attacks by radicals in this country, right?

    http://dailycaller.com/2016/09/28/obama-administration-official-we-dont-screen-refugees-for-radical-views/

“A State Department official could not answer Wednesday whether refugees are screened for radical views during a senate hearing.

Republican Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions asked Simon Henshaw, principal deputy assistant secretary at the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migrants of the U.S. Department of State, “do you make any inquiry about practices that we reject in the United States, like female genital mutilation?”

Sessions added, “Do you say, ‘do you believe in that and when you come to the United States will you comply with the laws of the United States on that kind of question?’”

The State Department official replied, “On all questions, we make it clear to refugees that we are a nation of laws and that they need to comply with our laws.”

  3. Obama is illegally using Treasury funds(our funds) to prop up his failed ObamaCare scam.

    http://www.forbes.com/sites/theapothecary/2016/09/29/busted-gao-finds-payments-to-insurers-under-affordable-care-act-are-illegal/#3506a75147db

“The General Accounting Office, the government’s non-partisan watchdog agency, issued a ruling today holding that the Obama administration’s diversion of billions of dollars from the United States Treasury to insurers selling individual policies on the ACA Exchanges was illegal. The GAO joins the Congressional Research Service, another non-partisan agency, in finding that these payments, which the Obama administration has insisted are lawful, are in fact completely unauthorized and inappropriate. For what it is worth, the GAO opinion is also largely consistent with views I have expressed on several occasions (here and here).

Here’s what GAO concluded after 12 pages of careful legal analysis about section 1341 of the Affordable Care Act and the behavior of Health and Human Services (HHS):

In light of the foregoing analysis, we conclude that HHS lacks authority to ignore the statute’s directive to deposit amounts from collections under the transitional reinsurance program to the Treasury and instead make deposits in the Treasury only if its collections reach the amounts for reinsurance payments specified in section 1341. The agency is not authorized to prioritize collections in this manner. The agency must give effect to the extent possible to all of section 1341, and, to do so, is required to collect and deposit amounts for the Treasury, regardless of whether its collections fall short of the amounts specified in statute for reinsurance payments. HHS may not use amounts collected for the Treasury to make reinsurance payments.

The GAO ruling could result in yet more trouble for insurer’s selling policies on the Exchange and criminal investigations of those who authorized the illegal payments. The Obama administration has already spent $16.2 billion on the program for 2014 and 2015 and another $5 billion is scheduled to be spent in 2016, at which point the program is supposed to expire. Of the money spent thus far, only $500 million (3.1%) has been sent to the Treasury; 96.9% has been sent to insurers. Under the GAO’s interpretation of the law (section 1341 of the Affordable Care Act), no matter what amount the government collected for this program, 20% of the total belongs to the Treasury. The GAO found that the language of the statute was crystal clear and that the Obama administration’s efforts to get around that language were “unpersuasive” and “internally inconsistent.” (That’s legalese for nonsense). Thus, insurers may have an obligation to return $2.74 billion to the federal government for 2014 and 2015. That’s about 17.4% of what insurers received during that time frame. Moreover, insurers may be getting considerably less than they hoped for in 2016.”

  4. Democrats hate Judicial Watch because they’re constantly exposing their underhanded and illegal acts. This is payback.

    http://m.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/sep/29/obama-operatives-stripped-judical-watch-of-media-s/

“Political operatives within the Obama administration wrongly punished conservative legal group Judicial Watch, stripping it of “media” status and trying to force it to pay higher fees for its open records requests, the General Services Administration inspector general said in a letter released Thursday.

The GSA botched several high-profile open records requests, delaying them for months while political appointees got involved, Inspector General Carol F. Ochoa said. The findings were released while the administration was facing charges of slow-walking open records requests for Hillary Clinton’s emails, as well as other requests.

In the case of Judicial Watch, the order to strip it of media status came from political operatives with long ties to Democratic causes — and even from the White House.

The inspector general said the decision came at the behest of Gregory Mecher, a former Democratic campaign fundraiser who at the time was liaison to the White House. He is married to Jen Psaki, a longtime spokeswoman with the Obama administration and its election campaigns.

Ms. Ochoa said stripping Judicial Watch of media status violated several agency policies and things got worse when the GSA denied an appeal by the group.

The same person who ruled on the initial request also ruled on the appeal, “contrary to GSA procedures,” the inspector general said.

Judicial Watch ended up suing over the request, the agency finally agreed to waive all fees and even ended up paying Judicial Watch $750 as part of the settlement.”

“Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, questioned the agency’s decision to fight a losing case that ended up costing it money.

“It’s outrageous but not surprising. Welcome to our world. This is what we put up with all the time from the agencies,” he said.”

  5. A new low in the ongoing VA scandal. These men deserve better.

    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/09/29/new-low-dead-veterans-left-in-va-hospital-morgue-for-weeks-without-burial.html

“An Illinois Veterans Affairs hospital already under fire for excessive wait times, festering black mold and kitchen cockroaches faces a new shame – the bodies of dead patients left unclaimed in the morgue for up to two months without proper burial, whistleblower documents allege.

The whistleblower, whose identity is not being revealed for fear of retaliation, complained last month to the VA’s inspector general about the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital’s handling of veterans’ remains in cases where families have not come forward to claim the body. The complaint singled out Christopher Wirtjes, chief of Patient Administrative Services, saying “The Chief of PAS has the funds available, yet has no sense of urgency to lay the veteran to rest.”

Sen. Mark Kirk, R-Ill., whose office also received the complaint along with emails, is now calling for Wirtjes’ firing and in a statement, slammed the hospital – located in the Western suburbs of Chicago — over its recent history of controversies.

“Hines VA — the hospital that has been overrun with cockroaches and mold and left vets waiting for care for months on secret wait lists, has reached a new low in the treatment of our veterans,” Kirk told FoxNews.com. “We now have reports of bodies being left to decompose in the morgue for months on end.”

The whistleblower, who has spoken with Kirk’s office, described a “horrible issue” at the hospital in the letter to the IG: “Some veteran’s remains have been left in our hospital morgue for 45 days or more until they are stacked to capacity at times.”

On at least one occasion, a body had liquefied and the bag burst when staff had attempted to move it, said Alissa McCurley, Kirk’s deputy chief of staff.”

Duterte has spent his first three months in office running a campaign to kill all involved in the rampant drugs trade, including alleged addicts, causing outrage from rights groups and foreign governments.

More than 3,500 alleged drug dealers and addicts have been killed, about a third of them in police operations but the majority by armed vigilante militias. Duterte has publicly encouraged civilians to kill addicts and said he will not prosecute police for extrajudicial executions.

“You know my victims. I would like (them) to be all criminals to finish the problem of my country and save the next generation from perdition,” he said during the press conference early on Friday.

  7. Michelle, I once got into a discussion on another Christian blog about that whole idea, as they were saying churches needed to be more gender inclusive in their language. Being interested in language and its history and development, I found out that the generic use of he in the third person, for both genders comes from Old English (the language, now unintelligible to us, spoken by the Angles and the Saxons), where the word for woman was wifman and was in the masculine gender. This meant that the proper third personal singular pronoun to refer to a woman was, in fact, ‘he’ (‘he’ is a survival of Old English in modern English). Thus, it really was generic. I said that as a woman, I would have no trouble being called a foreman, or a chairman, as that placed me on an equal level with any male counterparts. It took the longest time for them to see my point.

That’ll endear him to so many. Losing more of the female vote as we speak.

It all just makes you wonder what’s wrong with him, seriously.

  9. And really, Bill Clinton’s ‘women’ as an issue? Get over it, that was him, not Hillary (who many probably see as more of a victim, willing though she was in exchange for the political power the marriage brought to her).

Did she deny (“enable” some say) it all at the time? Yeah, but how does going down this road in any way benefit Trump? It doesn’t. It lends to the view already out there that he’s petty, mean & borderline unhinged. It’s his own destruction he’s creating, and maybe that’s a good thing. I know his character is bad, but I also wonder about his stability.

    Argh.

  10. From Yahoo. Just out of Second Term
I also just heard it on the radio. They say he was removed once before, but was re-elected.
    This story doesn’t say that.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) — Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore’s defiance of federal court rulings on gay marriage violated judicial ethics, a disciplinary court ruled on Friday before suspending him for the rest of his term.

The punishment effectively removes Moore from office without the nine-member Alabama Court of the Judiciary officially ousting him. Given his age, he will not be able to run for chief justice again under state law.

Moore was found to have encouraged probate judges to deny marriage licenses to gay couples six months after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that everyone has a fundamental right to marry in all 50 states

    http://www.judicialwatch.org/hillary-is-the-war-on-women/

“Hillary Clinton remains intent on seizing the Oval Office in 2016. And so long as she (and her husband) continue to grasp for power, all of the Clinton scandals from the 1990s will continue to be relevant – from Chinagate to Travelgate, and using the FBI and the IRS to attack, silence and smear political opponents.

This became abundantly clear with the recent release of the “Hillary Papers,” an archive of records of one of Hillary Clinton’s best friends and advisers, Diane Blair, who passed away in 2000. Blair’s husband Jim, also deceased, had helped Hillary with the cattle futures deal that turned her $1,000 “investment” into a nearly $100,000 payday 10 months later. While these records touched on a wide range of issues, from Hillarycare to national security, press reports focused heavily on the so-called “sex files” – Bill Clinton’s sexual abuse of female victims and Hillary’s concerted campaign to threaten, intimidate, and destroy them.

For those of you who have been supporters of Judicial Watch since the days of Bill and Hillary, you know that Judicial Watch was active in seeking the truth about Bill Clinton’s abuse of women, and in seeking justice on behalf of his victims.

Judicial Watch defended Gennifer Flowers, who was subjected to a smear campaign masterminded by Hillary Clinton, and carried out by Clinton hacks George Stephanopoulos and James Carville, after she revealed a long-time affair with then Governor Clinton in 1991. Ms. Flowers quickly became a casualty of the Clintons’ rise to power.

JW represented Dolly Kyle Browning, who wrote a semi-autobiographical novel about her long-time affair with Bill Clinton. The former president fought tooth and nail to prevent the book from being published as he saw it as a threat to his political ambitions.

JW came to the aid of Juanita Broaddrick, who was raped by Bill Clinton in 1978, when Clinton served as Arkansas Attorney General (the state’s top law enforcement official). Ms. Broaddrick was then subjected to a retaliatory IRS audit many years later when she publicly disclosed the incident.

And then there’s Kathleen Willey, who was groped and sexually assaulted by President Clinton in the Oval Office on November 29, 1993, the same day Ms. Willey’s husband committed suicide. JW earned a key victory for accountability when U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth ruled that President Clinton violated the Privacy Act in orchestrating the release of letters from Willey to the President in an effort to discredit her. We also uncovered, and the Court noted, that Hillary Clinton approved of this smear campaign.”

    http://www.nationalreview.com/article/435941/hillary-clinton-enabled-bill-clintons-abuse-women-her-own-standards

“Hillary’s defenders say this is tantamount to blaming her for Bill’s infidelities. Of course, she’s not responsible for his philandering. But as a fully vested member of Bill’s political operation, Hillary had as much interest in forcefully rebutting allegations of sexual misconduct as he did. The Clinton campaign in 1992 reportedly spent $100,000 on private-detective work related to women. The approach, when rumors first surfaced, was to get affidavits from women denying affairs — the reflex of most women is to avoid exposure — and, failing that, to use any discrediting tool at hand.

Hillary was fully on board. When a rock groupie alleged that a state trooper approached her on Governor Clinton’s behalf, Hillary said “we have to destroy her story.” When the Star tabloid subsequently reported that Clinton had affairs with five Arkansas women, including Gennifer Flowers, the Clinton campaign waved affidavits signed by all them denying it. (This is what Clinton had advised Flowers to do in a taped conversation.) Then, Flowers admitted to a 12-year affair.”

  12. Kim @ 2:45 It’s a long article and I didn’t read all. But what concerns me is: What authority to COJ (Court of the Judiciary) have and who gave it that authority? Does NC have a Court of the Judiciary? Never heard of it. It’s not on this year’s ballot.

Point is: If it’s a federal court, that is an ominous occurrence. In the book, a man such as Moore would be imprisoned for hate speech.
But a federal court should have no jurisdiction over the makeup of an Alabama court.

  13. The Clinton marriage was/is bizarre. The problem with Trump raising the issue now is that his behavior was very similar to Bill’s.

The main differences were that Bill snuck around while Trump committed adultery openly, encouraged others to do so and made sexual comparisons between his spouse and his then current mistress in the press. Ivana may well have been an innocent spouse. Trump was cheating on her with Marla Maples while they were still married and he was cheating on Maples with Melania while they were still married.

Trump seems to not comprehend that by raising Bill’s misbehavior in order to take the focus off the debate, he is opening the door to who knows how many stories from his ex-mistresses whom he probably dropped because of their weight.

“The Commission on Presidential Debates issued a one-sentence statement Friday admitting “issues” with Donald Trump’s audio in this cycle’s first debate Monday.

“Regarding the first debate, there were issues regarding Donald Trump’s audio that affected the sound level in the debate hall,” the statement read.

Trump argued after the debate that his microphone was defective, which rival Hillary Clinton dismissed as an excuse of someone who did poorly.

Trump told reporters immediately following the debate that event organizers “gave me a defective mic” that he said affected the audio inside the Hofstra University venue.”

    http://www.politico.com/story/2016/09/hillary-clinton-bernie-sanders-supporters-audio-leak-228997

“Leaked audio of a conversation between Hillary Clinton and donors during a February fundraising event shows the Democrat nominee describing Bernie Sanders supporters as “children of the Great Recession” who are “living in their parents’ basement.”

Speaking at a Virginia fundraiser hosted by former U.S. ambassador Beatrice Welters, Clinton laments in a clip released by the Free Beacon Friday that many of her former primary opponent’s supporters sought things like “free college, free healthcare,” saying that she preferred to occupy the space “from the center-left to the center-right” on the political spectrum.

During the conversation Clinton confesses to feeling “bewildered” by those to her far-left and far-right in the election.

“There is a strain of, on the one hand, the kind of populist, nationalist, xenophobic, discriminatory kind of approach that we hear too much of from the Republican candidates,” she said. “And on the other side, there’s just a deep desire to believe that we can have free college, free healthcare, that what we’ve done hasn’t gone far enough, and that we just need to, you know, go as far as, you know, Scandinavia, whatever that means, and half the people don’t know what that means, but it’s something that they deeply feel.”

Besides, as has been pointed out, Trump hardly has room to criticize on that front.

I can’t figure out what he’s thinking, he’s acting like an adolescent and it’s just embarrassing. Every time I think he seems to be “getting it,” he slips into one of these bizarre tirades.
